I went to this clinic twice. The first time I requested full STI testing. They talked me out of getting tested for AIDS and Hep C, and though they said they tested me for everything else I requested, they didnt do a blood draw, which means I wasnt tested for HSV 1 or 2 (Herpes). They also refused to send me copies of my test results, saying I could call if I wanted confirmation that they were negative. I felt very pressured to do what they wanted, instead of what was best for my sexual health. I also requested Gardasil (the HPV vaccine) and they said that yes, they could do it... and then completely failed to follow up on it. I was so frazzled by the end of the visit I forgot to ask at the front desk - I just wanted to get out of there. The second visit, I needed a change in birth control. At the time, I was depressed and having daily anxiety attacks. The practitioner I saw was completely unhelpful and only grudgingly wrote me a new prescription (seemingly just to get me out of her office). I was just lucky that the new method she flippantly prescribed me actually does work well with my body, as it felt like she prescribed me the easiest thing instead of listening to my concerns. Im a huge fan of the organization and all it does for sexual health and education. I just felt that this clinic was not in line with what I look for when it comes to my health. I wouldnt go again without a clear-headed friend to advocate for me and help me stand up for my choices. I recently went to the Bellevue location and was very impressed with the knowledge and service, so Ill be going there from now on.

This is the worst planned parenthood Ive ever been too. Those receptionists are lazy and basically incompetent. They cancelled my appointment without asking and wouldnt let me be seen the same day. That was a while ago. Recently I made an appointment online and the same woman tried to tell me I made it for the wrong thing but finally realized she was wrong. After the appointment was finished I had a prescription to pick up which they keep in the desks theyre at but she made me wait 40 minutes for it. Only giving it to me when I went up to ask about it. Surprise, she hadnt even been filling it or getting it ready (a process which took 30seconds). She was haut chatting up they other receptionist and drinking soda and not working. If you go here expect to be here for at least two hours.

I have been attending this PP for around two years and consistently leave this facility feeling awful due to the administrative staff. I have never had a problem with the practitioners or the nurse staff, however the two women that work at the front desk clearly convey they do not like their jobs by persistently negative and rude behavior. I return to this facility for the practitioners, however my last experience was so poor with the admin staff that I think I will try the first hill facility instead. I do not know why either of the front desk ladies went into the non-profit industry when they clearly do not belong.

Planned Parenthood has always taken care of me in times of financial need. Whenever Ive been unemployed or been unable to afford a private practice physician, Ive been able to use PPH and their Take Charge program. If you cant afford to pay and dont have insurance, just ask how they can help you. They will. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. Like a doctors office (an even more b/c it is a clinic) you are going to get the best service early in the morning (like 1st or 2nd appointment of the day), before theyve gotten behind on their schedule or have had to deal with too many people.

I am beyond words. I went to this location the day after planned parthood inserted my Paragard IUD stressing I have an infection. They misdiagnosed me for a UTI. They kept misdaignosing me with 4UTI and 2 cervitities. I was going to planned parenthood for a year complaining of chronic pelvic pain. Turns out a year later I have PID. Not only did it effect my work relationship but my mental state of mind and costed me thousands of dollars of pain. Thanks for a year of hell.

Went here to get an IUD yesterday. Felt a little nervous about the procedure. Everyone there was really nice. The doctor who did the procedure was very friendly and professional, and made me feel a lot more comfortable with the situation. Unfortunately I cant recall her name. Ill be returning to this place, surely.

This PP location was my primary healthcare provider throughout grad school. The location and hours are intensely convenient and I received consistently great care. If you need to get treatment in a hurry, this is a great bet, second only to zoom care.
