Failed to transfer prescriptions. I called in late November to transfer all mine from another pharmacy. Despite what I was told they never called anyone. Now that its mid January Im out of Insulin and unable to travel is when I find out they did nothing.

The first time I was there they didnt have what I needed in stock. The second time I gave them a day to fill my prescription and they said it would be ready... It wasnt. Then on top of that they then tell me that my insurance wouldnt cover it. Stay away!

I have visited this urgent care a couple times. Staff are great. They are usually very quick, but there was one time when it took them a long time to get to me. It was weekend, but on the other hand there werent that many people there.

They compounded a prescription for my cat. They called when it was ready for pickup and helped with instructions to administer the drug.All in all it was a very nice experience.
