My experience at the walkin clinic in silverlake was terrible as usual. That clinic is usually my go too, for my daughter an I being as its right by our house. I had to wait an hour just to be seen which was to be expected, so Im not co planning about that but I waited 15 min in the room to even be seen by the nurse, waited 20 min for the doctor. Had to get a shot so had to wait another 20 min to get the shot. Once I got the shot its required to wait 20 minutes to make sure I dont react bad to it. The nurse walked in about 23 min after the shot, then waited AN HOUR for the doctor to come in an give me my discharge papers. If I would of known she didnt have anything to tell me, I would of just left after the nurse came in to tell me shell be in, in just a minute. The Doctor walks in an tells me the shot should work an if not come back in an I left. Im in agonizing pain and didnt even think to ask for pain medication. Thats how angry I was. I got home an looked at my papers an she prescribed me another antibiotic THAT SHE FAILED TO MENTION TO ME. I will NEVER return to that walk in clinic again.

I went to the Everett Clinic and had an unbelievable experience. We have doctored there for 10 years and had 5 doctors leave. When a doctor leaves you have to pay for a new patient fee to see a different doctor even though it was there cause. The "new doctor that I was assigned is strange to say the least and the last time I went to see him - I was telling him why I was there and he was staring at the wall so I stopped talking and he said "Dont they put strange things on the cover on magazines?" I guess he was reading the magazines in the rack. I started talking again and he did the same thing so I asked him if hed like me to come back some other time and he apologized. Now Im stuck with this doctor unless I want to pay for another new patient fee.

The place is clean and well organized. The only problem I have had is getting my prescriptions. I moved to Washington and they will not fill my prescribe me my medications without having previous medical records from my previous state. It has been over a month and still nothing. Considering they have doctors and I have proof of the medical prescriptions I previously had you would think they would evaluate the conditions and re-prescribe me my medications.....but the will not do so until they have previous medical records.

Clean place, nice staff, walk-in wait time was short. The Disabled parking leaves much to be desired. Also my mother was in for x-rays ONLY, took 3 hours!!! Sh e has COPD and the person who was "helping" her was walking so fast I could hardly keep up let alone my mom who had pneumonia at the time as well, then the person WAS RUDE @ her not keeping directly behind her (taking too long) Awful! But, I have to say my daughter and her man both swear by Everett Clinic as does my ex.

Ive been coming here for years, doctor is good but watch for their overbilling and charges. Happened to me twice, I also took my fiance here recently for a annual check up. They asked her questions as a new patient and then billed us/insurance for two visits and claimed the questions the doctors asked cant be billed as part of the preventative check up. Its a scam here

if your visiting the walk in clinic and it says 15 min wait plan on being here for several hours, with no communication. So inconsiderate. There a better options for a walk in clinic in this area.

Mom always took us here when we were kids, and Im still alive and quite well. Thanks, mom. They splinted my broken finger and it healed well.
