Ive been seeing Dr. Cohen for years. Hes skilled, punctual, and a nice guy. One reviewer found him "extremely rude", and while of course I wasnt there for that persons visit to see what transpired, I have to think that it was just a clash of personalities. Dr. Cohen has a sense of humor that is so dry that I can imagine some people taking it for being condescending; hes a nice guy, maybe a little geeky, but he means no harm. And again, he knows what hes doing and, very important to me with any health care provider, hes efficient and very punctual.

Ive been to several optometrists over the years. Most recently I had gone to a big chain optometry shop and I really felt like the place was run like a fast food restaurant; get you in, get you out, sell you on as many side items as possible. It was a terrible experience. I recently moved over to Dr. Cohens office and he was great. He explained everything as he went along, was very patient, and answered all of my questions. Hes also a nice guy, which always helps. It was very easy to schedule appointments with him and follow-up visits.

Ive been visiting Dr. Cohen since the 1980s. He is forth right and honest and tells it like it is and does not waste your time or money. No sugar coating. I can honestly say I still have a good part of my vision because he was the one that correctly diagnosed my condition and hustled my derriere to a specialist pronto - when other doctor’s would just merely be nice and not try to upset me. Guess what - I like the truth and I especially like having as much of my vision as possible. Thank you Dr. Cohen, Thank you.
