Please save yourself the time and frustration. A few weeks ago I went to get a wart on my finger checked out and ended up waiting a literal hour and a half in the exam room before an assitant comes in to stall an aditional 20 mins. Finally the doctor comes in, spends 15 seconds with me before telling the assistent to freeze it off. I told them both freezing in the past was excrutiating and ineffetive (probably bc the size and placement). They went ahead and did it anyway, and it was so painful I could hardly stand it. The best part: the treatment was completley ineffective. Probably bc doctor diddle daddle looked at it for literally 15 seconds. So today I reluctantly went back for a follow up appointment. I am kept waiting in the waiting room for 30 mins, watching patients come and go. Finally I straight up ask the receptionist wtf is going on and she runs to go find doc. Comes back to tell me he still has 2 patients ahead of me (its 5 pm the place is closing) but I could be graced with another appointment at another time. Mind you this wart is growing faster and faster partially UNDER my finger nail and becoming unbearabley painful. Im not just a princess. So I turned my ass around and left that place w/o making another appoinment. This place has no regaurd or respect for their paitients. I have waisted hours of my time for sub-par care and zero relief. Idk what to do. I waited 2 months for the first appointment. I am in more pain than ever and have no solution in site. Idk about you guys but I cant afford to leave work for three+ hours because some practitioners have no respect.

The best place to go for serious skin-related conditions. The best MDs in the field and a great referral system so that you are seen by THE regional specialist in whatever is effecting you. I would highly recommend UWMC Dermatology Clinic. --- Also, their receptionists are communicative and there are a number of them, so you dont have to be on hold for long period of time like with elsewhere. --- FYI, this is not the place to go for superficial cosmetic problems.
