I recently adopted a dog and took him there for a look over and to talk about solving his separation anxiety. They were able to fit us in within the hour and were extremely thorough! She explained some options on how to help him get over the anxiety, told me why they would or wouldnt work and made sure he was a healthy dog. I cant wait to form a life long relationship with this clinic. An added bonus is they offer 24 emergency services- not at this location but I can still "keep it in the family"

The doctor and staff we dealt with were extremely professional and caring. Our cat became suddenly ill, and they were able to get us in within a few hours of our phone call, even though their computers were down that morning. They did not give us a hard time about being behind on vaccinations or anything. Unfortunately, our cat had to be euthanized. They were very kind and understanding, giving us time to say goodbye and even send a sympathy card in the mail.

These are the best doctors around. I have been bringing my fur kids to them for over 25 years to the Elgin office primarily, but also the ER at the Dundee location. I trust them completely and have the most confidence in their skills and treatment. They have gone above and beyond, utilizing cutting edge medical treatments. And at least one of my fur kids would not have made it, had it not been for their skills. My gratitude is eternal.

I am completely shocked by the pricing. I like this vet because they are close to my home and professional. However I walked out today due to my bill going to be more than $350. I scheduled an appointment at a nearby vet who is just as professional for a little more than $90 Maybe start quoting pricing over the phone so people dont waste their time. I unfortunately will not be coming back. I guess its my fault not to check pricing.
