If I could, I wouldnt give this place any stars. On Friday I made an appointment to see the vet on Saturday, my cat was coughing, and I was concerned, I wanted to know what was wrong with her. When I called to make the appointment, the lady asked why I was making the appointment, and I said my cat was coughing, and I was concerned, she said okay, and asked my last name, and gave 2 time slots. I chose one, and arrived 10 minutes early in Saturday. When ibwalled in there wasnt anyone in the room, or at the counter until I had been sitting there for around 5 minutes. A vet tech came in and asked if I had been there before, I said no, and she had me fill out a sheet. The vet came in the waiting area shortly after, and while looking over the sheet said, "is this your first time here?" I said "yes." Then told me "Im just filling in, we will have to reschedule your appointment for monday, we have to do x-rays. What time on monday can you come in?" I came the day after I noticed a change in my cats behavior and I expected to get her help, not be turned away in such an unprofessional manner. The vet never even touched my cat, not introduced himself, this entire conversation was had while we were in the waiting area. I have never been to such an unprofessional vetrinary clinic, I am highly dissatisfied, and do NOT recommend this place if you care about your car or dog.

this clinic is close to my house and so Ive considered going there several times. Last year we went to the clinic to inquire about getting some special cat food. We had recently moved to the area and didnt have a vet (yet) that could provide us with the Purina food. The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude to my husband and so he left. Fast forward 1 year - we needed treatment for our kitty and once again thought of the clinic for its convenience. Prior to dropping our cat off my husband stopped in so he could discuss our cats issue before making the appointment. It was 8:09 am, the receptionist was in the building and when my husband began to ask her questions she interrupted him and said "We arent open yet-come back later". He was flabbergasted that she wouldnt even take the time to talk with him. He didnt even have our cat with him! Needless to say, it was the same receptionist that he had experienced earlier. We initially thought our first experience was a fluke, but now we are convinced this clinic has a big problem -- its the RECEPTIONIST. From what Ive read in other posts she has been a major complaint from poor treatment to animals to rude behavior to customers. The vet might be great, but you are only as good as your staff. I dont want my precious kitty to go near this clinic. Looks like we will take our business elsewhere.

I couldnt live with a clean conscience if I didnt warn owners - Be extremely cautious when bringing your animals to Dr. Bajwa. He definitely prefers cats over dogs and even then, it depends on the day. I worked there for a month before he told me I was over qualified. This doctor can be a good doctor... depending on the day. You never know what kind of treatment your animal will receive. One day he is feeling generous and will charge you near nothing for services that other hospitals will change an arm & a leg for. He seems to appreciate bartering as payment. One day however, while worried about the cost of his new Dog Clinic, what was a routine neuter & annual vaccine turned into an animal channel nightmare! He charged $300 more that promised at drop off and didnt bother to fully anesthetize the dogs while neutering them. I watched these two puppies behaviors change dramatically and I worry that they will never be the same dogs as before the owner brought them it. The receptionist has worked for him for 7 years and they have an established routine that doesnt allow for teaching any new people. I dont think opening a new clinic was a good idea as they are way over their head with business that frankly, they just cannot handle.

Made an appointment over the phone as a new client to bring 2 of my cats in for exams and services. The morning of my appointment they call me to reschedule claiming the Doctor wasnt going to be in, but she says I can come later in day to drop them off anyway. They call me a 2nd time to move the already moved appointment so that it can accommodate the doctors schedule. They call me a 3rd time and say the Doctor wants to talk to me. He gets on the phone and asks a few basic questions about my cats age and health. Then he tells me the clinic is not taking any new surgeries at this time and I should try to find someone else. So they ultimately told me they dont want my business 2 hours before the already twice-rescheduled appointment. This is my first time writing a Google review - point being - this whole situation with Aurora Cat Clinic upset me enough to post my opinion about it. Two stars to the women I spoke to on the phone - they were professional and apologetic about the rescheduling. However, zero stars to the rude, hard to understand, mumbling Doctor who abruptly refused to help me and wasted my time. I took my cats to a neighboring Veterinary Clinic who took me in as a new client, and fit me in same day.

My dog was really sick on the verge of death from something she got into trash etc. (we are not really sure what). First we took her to another vet who automatically wanted to do surgery on her for a blockage that was not there. The money was #1 with this place (Oakhurst Animal Hospital), so I wanted a second opinion and took her to Aurora Dog Clinic. This vet was really nice and considerate and very tolerant of my rambunctious pitbull. He was more than willing to take my calls and answer any questions I had, and believe me I called 10 times a day. My dog needed daily IV fluids. This man came in on his day off to take care of my Beauty. He saved me a ton of money and most of all saved a member of our family. I will never take my dogs anywhere else. Aurora Dog Clinic will always be my first choice. Thanks Doc!!

The doctor at Aurora Cat Clinic was caring and even built up a rapport with my cat quickly! This is surely news because he is a certified recluse who doesnt like strangers. The good doctor was thorough in her exam style and even went extra lengths to examine his heart and belly. Once my cat went under the exam room sink and she helped me to retrieve it! I am also all praise for the tech staff here. They clipped nails and even cleaned the butt (which of course is not an easy task!) and whats more, they did it FREE! I feel that making appointment at the clinic is quite easy and so is the parking. The waiting room environment here was warm especially because of the presence of other cats. They even offered me free toy catnip! So, what more could I ask!
