It has taken me years to find a good vet at Banfield going from one to another because they are all over and its easy to transfer my wellness plan. Two years ago I finally found the best vet. Dr. Tracy at the Naperville Il location. Went in for a visit the other day and wanted to schedule a teeth cleaning for my dog in a couple months with her. At checkout I was told that by then, Dr. Tracy was going to be working at a different location, over 45 minutes away in the opposite direction. I then asked Dr. Tracy why they were moving her and she couldnt give me a good reason and was obviously upset. Why in the world would they do this?!. She is so popular at this location, my dog loves her. Never had a Vet give so much attention to any of my animals.

We had a wonderful experience with Banfield in Naperville. We brought out new puppy in because she was sick. Found out she had Parvo. Everyone was sooo very caring, and Dr. Tolliver was the most kind and caring vet I have ever met! Our puppy almost didnt make it, but the vet and staff helped us out, and we were able to administer fluid through iv at home. Not at one point did we feel taken advantage of. This place really cares for your pets! We know we will forever bring our animals here. Thank you soo much to the staff of Banfield in Naperville!

Terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The vet clinic is understaffed our our experience with the vets has been abysmal. Due to a failure of the staff to complete necessary tests and their lack of professionalism with communicating test results in a timely manner, my pets condition has worsened and I have incurred over $500 in vet bills from other clinics. Banfield refuses to waive my cancellation fee for my Wellness Plan. Take your pet elsewhere!
