Hello my name is Jeff Finn and I want to take the time to thank the staff of Elite Eyecare for all of the personalized attention I was given during all of my visits to your store. First I went to Elite Eyecare to purchase a pair of glassed and have them made. They were made with the prescription I brought into them that I received from a different location. They took the time to help me pick out the best pair for me, the glasses were made and 2 weeks later I picked them up. They felt a little strange but I figured it was just the new prescription and I would get used to it. Well I did not get used to them, so back I went thinking they made them wrong. They were so good with me, they examined the lenses against the prescription and then did all kinds of eye test to make sure the lenses where correct. As it turned out I had to receive another eye exam the script I was given from a different location was completely wrong. Mr. Weiiing checked my glasses new and old.The eye Dr. Ling fit me in to his busy Saturday schedule, AJ assisted the Dr, and did other exam stuff with me. Marta, Sherri, and Carolyn were so thorough with me and so helpful in making sure I had the correct prescription, that I could see properly, making sure my glasses that I picked out the second time were the correct size for the lenses I needed. I want to give a big Thank you and to say the professionalism and knowledge of all the staff is outstanding.

if there was an option to select a negative star I would do so five times over. I had the worst experience with them and if you have a strong prescription STAY AWAY ‼️‼️ The lady "helps" you pick out frames just picks the most expensive ones they have , she doesnt explain that frame size plays a gigantic part in how thick your lenses come out even if you choose the thinnest ones they offer. They dont update you about anything regarding your lenses (if its gonna take an extra two weeks). She was supposed to refund my insurance for their part and she only refunded a partial amount. CROOKs , I will never go back there again and not to mention the dr got my prescription sooooooo wrong that I couldnt even see out of my contacts. I had to go somewhere else to get fitted for contacts and lenses. Going there was the worst decision Ive ever made.

$1,100 eyeglasses which are worse than my 3 year old pair. Dr Ling did an excellent job in getting my prescription spot on. Ordered black frames and received tortouise and the workmanship of the lens and the set up of the lens are terrible. Rough edges and there is only one position I am able to focus at. Informed them of my work on a computer but with selling me the very best lens I still cannot focus. I have gone back 3 times and they are busy and the last time told me I need to purchase a pair for computer work. Bought new pair elsewhere and are perfect.
