Best vet-and staff-ever. Weve been taking our cats to Highline for years. I usually see Dr Roxanne Jackson; shes very straightforward, honest and extremely compassionate. When we first started going there, I was amazed at the reasonable rates, stellar service and quality of care. I have never felt pressured to have any extra and unnecessary medical procedures done (i.e., teeth cleaning), and the staff are above par. When we had to make the extremely difficult, heartbreaking decision to let our sweet Diddy go, Dr. Jackson shed tears right along with me. That touched me deeply. Mary then made a print of his paw for me as a keepsake. A couple of weeks later, we received a beautiful plaque in his memory, with a card from the staff. I was so very touched at their thoughtfulness. They are genuine, down to earth, honest and compassionate people; we will never go anywhere else as long as they remain open and well refer all our friends there!

There is a little old fashioned atmosphere at this vet that I love. They remember you and your pet, by name.... I have no idea why Mr. Aarau would review so incorrectly however, I would never take my beloved pets to any other vet. The staff is passionate about animals, and their needs and care. Either Dr. Jacksons have been nothing short of thorough, caring, kind, and just plain good vets. Straight forward guidence and valuable advise is the best. And staff members Mary and Deserai (SP) are at the top of my list of most helpful, caring, efficient vet people I have ever dealt with. Mary wouldnt even let me deal with any details when I had to let go of my beloved Murphy, she made the sorrow so much easier to bare as did Dr. Jackson. I hate to rave, I might have trouble getting in soon next time......They are the best!!! Judie K

I first experienced Highline Veterinary Hospital when I was about 10 years old, our vet was Dr. Jackson, the current Dr. Jacksons father... I am now 56 and still take my pets to Dr. Jackson (Roxanne that is). The care compassion and personal endearment that takes place at Highline Veterinary under Dr. Jackson is something that you no longer find in the world today. Unlike so many businesses today, Roxanne Jackson has refused to acquiesce to the greedy indifference that we see in so many businesses. Like her father before her, Roxanne and her staff are the real deal, they have been by our side with our pets through good times and in bad, I would "trust" no one else. Dr. Jackson is kind and gentle with my not-always-cooperative Lhasa Apso. She proposed a treatment for allergies that worked much better than the one from the previous vet. During appointments she takes the time to answer all of my questions. Prescription refills are always quick and painless.

This place is great. Were crossing the Can-US border with eight cats and this vet gave them all their rabies shots, health checks, handled their paperwork without asking us to wait, and with minimal time & minimal distress to kitties in the check-up room.
