On the morning of July 4th, we found our cat with something crazy going on with his hip. He developed the problem overnight and he wasnt walking; just dragging his legs behind him. We were very worried so I scheduled an appointment with Banfield. I was able to see and speak with a vet within two hours of calling on the Fourth of July! The vet, (Dr. Thrasher I think) took a good-long look at our furry friend and declared there to be nothing serious regarding the injury and that it would probably take care of itself in time. It was a huge relief, the appointment could not have been more affordable, and our cat was back to normal within a week without any additional help. Thank you, to the entire team that was working the morning of July 4th. You guys put us at ease and made us feel welcome. I couldnt have asked for more. (The lobby coffee is really tasty too)

Today Mattie had an appointment with Dr. Thrasher. He is amazing! He answered all of my questions, explained things thoroughly, was very personable, and Mattie LOVED him. She is known to shake w/fear at the vet office since she had surgery 9yrs ago. She had no issues at all and she even ate the cookies he gave her. The cost of a very comprehensive exam, shots, and 1st visit was very reasonable and quite a good deal based on regular Seattle vet comparisons. I saved over $150!

Dr. Thrasher is the nicest veterinarian I have met. He took wonderful care of my cat Jinx, and was incredibly kind and understanding to me while explaining his condition. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well. Everyone was more than willing to answer questions and help me figure out what was going to be best longterm. We are Grateful!!!

Banfield has been taking great care of my kitten for the months now. Dr. Thrasher and all of the assistants have been amazing and friendly. Really clean and nice facilities as well. The early care plan for a new puppy or kitten is a must!

My favorite banfield to go to. They are easy to get an appointment with. Handle scared chiuahah well. Customer service is excellent. The ones in Northern Virginia are terrible. Maybe this banfield can train them...
