Our chart said on top NO SERVICE & thats exactly what we got. My dogs right ear was bleeding from scratching, from her EAR INFECTION. Dr H was unable to see inside her ear with her Otoscope??? She didnt swabe the ear for infection, just put her on Prednisone, after 1 week we returned for a followup, I tried to explain she is still in pain & very uncomfortable. Again she was unable to SEE with an Otoscope in the ear???. You referred us to a Dermatologist, Derma means (Skin) she never scratches her Skin??? Poor Bella was uncomfortable this whole time & you were ANGRY with me for speaking up in defense for my dog. I Went back to our Original Vet they used an Video Otoscope System with a Camera/Light & went right into the "swollen ear with NO PROBLEM" & Yes & "I" was able to Clearly see an Infection on there monitor, she then swabbed the ear & put in under the Micropscope & also had me look. Then prescribed Bella with an Antibiotic for 2 weeks & now she is Perfect. Next Continuing Education Course on Ear Infections/ Otoscope sign up. I paid $128.75 on 12/28 so consider it paid for. Front Desk is great & always helpful.

My dog was in real bad shape I had to give him away due to having a baby and chose a family member whom didnt take care of him he came back to me in a state no one ever wants to be in. I called them and I was so happy to know I was able to get him treated right away b/c they have GREAT prices in which you can do what you need to do for your pet and not hold off due to money. I am very happy with the progress and only hope he gets better I am very happy to add them as Chucks vet!

WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL!! We have been going her for quite a while now and EVERYONE is so lovely. They really take good care of us and our furry babies. They took extra care of my daughter when she lost her beloved Heidi. They were extremely caring and understanding and let her stay in the room as long as she needed to say goodbye to her.... truly a remarkable staff!!! Thank you for taking care of Oreo as well and now Lola and Gracie! Youre all amazing!

I have been trying to find a good vet since I moved to Florida. I find so many want to push test and unnecessary exams onto you. I have to say that Ramblewood was very professional and great with my cat. Everyone was nice and very helpful. And the facility was spotless! I think Ive finally found a vet!

The best animal hospital I have ever been too. The staff are very caring and great with the dog. Unlike some places, they did not overcharge. They even called multiple times to see how our dog was!
