Dr. Bravo used to be a very good Doctor with very other good doctor Dr. Santana. My two kids were very sick when they were born. They visited immunologist, pulmonologist, GI, etc. I visited the office as the insurance changed and I needed referals and refills for medication they have been taking for over a year. They now have two helpers RN and no chart since they went digital. The Doctor or the RN had no idea the medications my kids were on....Dr. Bravo screen at me and stated that she is not a supermarket and that she was tired looking at my chart... I wasted no more time with her who aparently is having problems with menopause or any other personal problems. I deserve no treatment like this in front of my childrens. She screems at her staff and her sister, the office manager do too for no reason. Porr husband and poor patients. Soon this office will not have old patients maybe a few sent by the first time. Dont go there as things have change a lot. And forgot to mention a 3 hours waiting on the lobby with an appointment made for 2 pm...I left the office at 6 pm.

I should have read this reviews before taking my 4 kids there. The office staff was great with me , although some of them do seem to be a little lost most of the time. But Dr. Bravo sister is very unprofessional she is always screaming at the office staff . I went there to get my daughters shoots afterward I asked for the forms to return her to daycare. I asked if I could please have them right after the visit because I really needed them she just starting screaming at me like if we were in the flea market. I would not advise anyone to take your kids there sooner or later . You will have to deal with that rude lady that acts like if they are the only doctor s office in Miami. Search for a better place and better patient treatment . No wonder must of the insurances kicked them out. Imagine while being there I had to change two times insurance providers because they will just not renew there contracts.

There was a minimal waiting time and the service,staff,and doctor provides excellent professionalism. One thing i did notice was that the nurse giving my children vaccines did not wear gloves throughout the whole process. I believe that due to many infections and bacteria gloves should be worn.My daughters bled a little bit and she did not wear gloves, which is a big safety risk. I would still recommend this facility even though that is a problem that should be taken care of.

Theres always WAY more people scheduled for the time frame and the wait is always over 2 hours. Theres small children in the office and the a/c was 70 degrees in an 8x8 space despite asking several time for Someone to please lower it. The girl at the front desk was texting from her Apple Watch rather than assisting all the cold, coughing sick children with the A/C. Im ashamed to bring my son here and it makes me feel like a bad parent.

This office is a complete mess, the pediatrician doesnt care about her patients, she turned away my new born son for his post partum checkup because I didnt want to give him the Hep B vaccine on that visit. She refused to check a pre term babys weight and general functions, a critical visit, because we didnt want to buy what she was selling.

Not sure why this office has bad reviews. I love it!! My kids love it, Dr. Bravo and her staff are amazing and very knowledgeable, yes it takes a bit to be seen but its Miami (you wait anywhere you go) but its definitely worth the wait I highly recommend this office. they are very caring and professional we love them!

They dont care about their patients at all. I called for a question to one of the doctors who had seen my newborn son a few days before and one of the receptionist said she was too busy with other patients to even answer my question. I had to drive my newborn to emergency because my pediatric couldnt even help me out.
