I thought I could get past the negative reviews and have a good experience. Do not take your chances on this place. I booked my first cleaning as a new patient for Dr. Ogunleye. When I arrived I found administrative staff booked me for the wrong doctor. Ok fine. I get my x-ray done, they tell me all of the dental work I need done and then send me on my way without the cleaning. I had waste my time making another trip out for a separate cleaning visit because "they dont do diagnostic/cleaning all at once." Ive never had this happen at a prior dentist. I was told I needed one root canal and three crowns, which I didnt fully trust, along with several cavities. They also wanted me to pay for an additional visit to see some specialist. The diagnosis for 3 crowns seemed a bit extreme, so I ended up opting to get a second opinion. But because Beautiful Smiles has fees for everything, they wanted me to pay a $35 (in person only) in order to have my x-rays emailed to me, which took too long to process anyway. The diagnosis from the second dentist came out to be the same root canal and several fillings but NO ADDITIONAL CROWNS. Pretty huge difference, considering each crown can cost up to $1k. Before I decided I wanted the second opinion, I presumed that I would get all of my work done with Beautiful Smiles so I signed up for their outsourced payment plan. Its essentially a credit line that requires a monthly payment, but the dentist gets paid in full up front. I had a nightmarish time getting this amount of nearly $4k refunded back to me. It took around 3 months of calling most of the days in the week, all while the office manager, Leslie, was dodging my calls as she checked up on things with so called corporate. (Keep in mind this money was sitting on my credit report as I was pleading to get out late fees for services I never received.) I couldnt ever get her to return any of my calls or trust her to get anything done as she promised. I essentially had to call 5x a day to get her on the line and wait on hold for very long periods of time, which was really inconvenient since I have a day job. There was no respect or consideration for my time. All in all terrible experience, not even really for the doctors, but mostly because of the administrative policies and staff. Bad costumer service. If you want good dental care go see Dr. John Nelson at Midtown Dental.

Let me say this being in the film industry your presence and your smile has to be on point it is a primary the main focus in order to get opportunity for roles and other Casting to be successful in film. In other words, I take my teeth and my smile very serious because that is what will make me a lot of money so I am extremely and I mean extremely selective who I trust to have work on my teeth. Furthermore, it is my bread and butter to impress agents and in order to achieve in this industry. I was recommended several years ago to Beautiful Smiles I would never thought till this day, I am still a happy client, I would have to say they are by far the best work when it comes to dental work I have ever used. In addition to that, its not something I do praising a service but with then its different. I trust them with my million dollar smile and my million-dollar teeth if anybody has second thoughts and not trying to use beautiful smiles youre doing yourself a disservice because they do great work. I strongly surely must tell you that you need to give them a try. Let me start by telling how great the staff is as soon as I walk in for the very first time visiting them I was welcome. Yadi is as very sweet young lady she had a very wonderful Charisma and great personality. Leslie is always smiling she welcomes you and she makes you feel like you are part of the family and shes very professional. Jacy on top of her impeccable smile she does amazing work her cleaning is always on point and every time I look at myself in the mirror you can see her perfection of her work which is unbelievable. Anna, Claudia, and Titiana are just amazing people if I forgot any of the staff I am sure when you visit there you will feel the atmosphere of professionalism there. As for the two senior Doctors you cannot go wrong with them when I had my cosmetic surgery that probably lasted a month, I trusted them and I must say if I had a dollar every time someone tells me how great my teeth is I would be in the cover of Forbes Magazine. I am very grateful as a client that I made the right choice to stay with them.

WORSE DECISION EVER! (For the short version skip to the last line) In February 2015 I decided to get braces as I have wanted them since I was young. I so an article that claimed Beautiful Smiles has the most experience with 6 month braces. I spoke to the Dr. and she promised that I would be done with my braces before graduation in December 2015. She initially told me that 6 months is the average length of time and that I would need 9 months as long as I kept all of my appointments. I was busy in school but managed to keep EVERY appointment. I kept reminding her that I wanted my braces to be off before graduation and asked if she could take a progressive approach. She dismissed me saying that everything would be fine. Since October 2015 she has been saying that it would only take a little more time. Well 1 full year later I STILL have these braces and now she has turned one of my teeth that was perfectly straight, completely sideways and she does not know how to fix it. Also, I have one tooth that was always sideways and she said she may not be able to fix it because the goal is for me to have better teeth but not perfect. Mind you I am paying perfect teeth prices. On top of me having these braces for a full year and having new problems that I did not have before, her office staff cannot seem to keep their schedule together. I have been getting the run around for 3 weeks for my next appointment. I called 2 weeks ago and asked to reschedule an appointment for the next available date. We agreed to today at 11:00a. The office assistant called me back the next day and said she forgot what we talked about. Well today I called and she said there is no appointment for today and that now the Dr. only does work on Tuesdays?! For the amount of money I have spent with this office I expected better results, a knowledgeable doctor who would not lie to me about the results I could expect, and office staff who could keep up with scheduling,.

Ive been here 1 time and it would be the last. As i was there I had an ex ray done because of 1st time visits and after they explain all to me and suggested that I pull teeths out that was not bothering very strange then I went I was trying to get a basic cleaning they told me I needed a deep cleaning and that it WOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW FOR THEM TO GIVE ME A BASIC CLEANING WHEN I NEEDED A DEEP CLEANING I WAS SHOCK THIS LADY SAID IT WHO SAID LOOK ON THE PIC THE SAME LADY IN THE 2ND RIGHT HAND CORNER NOT THE 1ST ONE THE 2ND SHE ALWAYS AT FRONT DESK HER THESE PPL WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING THAT I CAN GET FOR FREE AT ANY DENTAL OFFICE PLUS THEY GAVE ME AN ULTIMATUM EITHER I PAY FOR THE 90.00 DEEP CLEANING OR THEY WILL HAVE TO EXCORT ME OUT THE DOOR AND THEY DID BEFORE THAT THEY BROUGHT 3 DIFFERENT PPL TRYING TO CHANGE MY MIND FROM THE BASIC TO THE DEEP CLEANING AND LYING SAYING THAT THEY CAN LOOSE THEIR LISENCE AND BUSINESS IF THEY GIVE ME A BASIC I CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THATS A LIE .SO WHAT ARE THESE PPL DOING MAKING U GET OTHER THINGS DONE WITH YOUR MOUTH THAT U REALLY DONT NEED
