I would NOT recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. I sat down for an hour before seeing the dentist. I could hear the patient before me moaning and weeping during his procedure ( I thought it was a woman at first, but once the crying stop I saw a man come out). The dentist was NOT gentle AT ALL. He did not use any anesthesia to numb the pain. The suction tube was not working. It was by far the most overpriced, horrendous dental experience I have ever encountered in life. Again if you love yourself DO NOT go there. I was trying to support a Haitian-owned establishment, against my better judgement, and it was simply an awful experience from start to finish. I will NEVER EVER EVER in a million eons go back there, even if my wisdom teeth were growing out of my cheekbones. I gave it a 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. BEWARE!

OVER PRICED!!! RUDE!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IF YOU HAVE MONEY TOO WASTE, GO THERE!!! Went once as a child hated it!!! They are NOT gentle or kind to even a kid!!! Decided to try it again as an adult!!! Had AN even worst experience!!! Found out his wife is one of the receptionist and because her husband if the the Dentist she feels like she owns the place and can talk to anyone any kind of way!!! She has driven plenty of patients away!!! My mother went in for a check up, same day as me when I was a kid, and they told her she had to extract 4 of her back teeth, my mother ran out the office of course, went to another dentist and my mother teeth is perfectly fine!!!! They just wanted more money

This office has the WORST answering service on Saterday. The woman by the name of Jenine was not helpful at all, she called herself the saturday girl. Her phone etiquette is horrid and rude. Since that first impression left me with such bad rapport, Im no longer doing business with that Dental office. Good job Jenine, you just lost 3 patients on account of your poor telephony skills! Keep up the good work!

False advertisement...plans that they advertise that they accept they dont. I have spoken to 2 different receptionist and both have been rude and quick to get me off the phone. After telling the receptionist that I was having a tooth ache she suggested that I call in January! There are other dental practices out there, I would not suggest this one due to the horrible customer service.

I had an appointment on Saturday and was told that the secretary is not here today and I would have to reschedule during the week without any notice at all! The staff is horrible and unprofessional! Dont even waste your time!
