I came to Dr. Suarez in an emergency and desperate situation. I lost my ability to chew due to chronic TMJ destroying my teeth. Her facility invited me in because it is immaculate and state of the art, I had no idea that she was such a fabulous dentist. She saw that I was in terrible pain and she gently walked me through my options, the most permanent option being Full Mouth Reconstruction. A week later, I was in her office for an impressive 9 hours while she completed the surgery in one sitting. 3 months later, I am incredibly happy with my results and I feel lucky to have Dr. Suarez as my dentist now. She is extremely dedicated to her patients and meticulous with results. I wont let anyone else touch my teeth ever again!

I purchased a groupon for my first visit, and now I understand why they need to offer a half price deal. The doctor was incredibly rude while I tried to ask questions. She screamed at me, I got up and left. Her receptionist followed me out and apologized. Saying the doctor was having a bad morning. This isnt the first time a client has left. Her assistant was asking me questions and I dont speak Spanish and she didnt speak English. The office was empty and cold. Never in my life have I experienced such disrespect from a doctor. I work in sales and have built my career on relationships. I doubt they will be in business long. No understanding of customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Rip off. Unethical. She tries to charge everyone for "deep cleanings." While I was sitting and waiting chair I heard her tell 3 different people (out of 3) that she wouldnt do any regular cleanings. Even if you get one, that if you dont come back every 3 months she will refuse to do a regular cleaning... Then she charges almost $300 for an x-ray, and tries to charge $1,600 for a wisdom tooth removal that only cost ~$400 a few blocks away at a good and reputable dentists office. Dont let any fake reviews here or on other websites fool you. Edit: forgot to mention that the receptionist is extremely rude and acts like youre lucky to be in her presence.

Horrible experience! My wife went for just a quick examination and simple cleaning that was covered by our insurance and she ended up in tears, without the cleaning that she asked for and with a proposed treatment of over one thousand dollars that she never asked for. I went to try to understand what happened and they treated me like if I was stupid telling me that "it was very difficult to talk to someone who has no medical knowledge..." This is not a dentist, they just wanna make money from their customers instead of providing a good medical service. Stay away from them!

Dr. Suarez was the best dentist I have had the pleasure of having to go to. I was vacationing in Miami and managed to chip the front of my front tooth quite badly. It was very close to the nerve and I was worried that I might have to get a root canal. Dr. Suarez managed to spare me the pain and cost of a root canal and successfully repaired my tooth (cosmetically). So far it has held up. Highly recommend this dentist.

I moved from Spain a couple of years ago and am terrified of dentists but I knew it was time to have work done. I have friends that are patients of Dr. Suarez and I have heard nothing but the best. She has such a gentle hand and I felt so comfortable. Parking is convenient because the valet is payed for by the office. Oh, and her office smells really nice and so clean!

Wow. Cant say enough good things about this place. Just had my teeth cleaning today. My teeth is looking so good right now. So clean and white!!! Never have had such a great result before ( I had been to soooo many dentists before in different countries). Dr.Suarez really takes her time on her patients. My husband loves this place and now i do too!

HORRIBLE!!! Don´t go. Super unethical. She tries to charge everyone for "deep cleanings." I refuse to pay for that, even that I have a very good insurance. After this horrible experience, I went to another place in Brickell where they told me that I did not need a deep cleaning at all. Don´t believe anything Tatiana says! She just wants your money.

FRAUD ALERT: This office operates a bait and switch by misleadingly claiming services are covered by your insurance and then refusing to provide service unless you pay for an upgraded service like "deep cleaning." Reported to BBB and state attorney general.
