Thank you for the best service you did provide for my baby boy. I always was wondering and a little bit worry about what if something happen to my baby and pediatrics will be closed already, where should I go then. Emergency wasnt an option unless something serious happened. Now I know where to go and highly recommend everyone to go there, especially a first time moms who is all about their babies and not sure what to do if something happen (and it could be anything). I honestly do prefer going to specialist rather then calling to someone and explaining every single detail of what is going on with my baby or search for it on a website. I know that specialist, especially like Dr. Swarts know the best and he can just look and tell what is going on and how to take care of it. The only one thing I wish that he really need to be a pediatric on a regular basis but not just an urgent care doctor/pediatrics. I would only go to him for the rest of my/babies life for sure. Thank you again for taking care of my 9,5 months old baby boy.

On Saturday of last week I felt the need for a doctor visit, but instead called Kids First Urgent Care. My call was answered on the first ring, and an appointment was made instantly with a 2 hour window. They called when they were on their way, and promptly arrived to my home where they diagnosed and treated my dehydration with an IV. Dr. Gabrysch was very pleasant, knowledgeable and provided great experience. This was the second time I have used them, and I am so thankful their service exist. Although the name says urgent care, they will come to any call for service. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them when needed. Thank you Kids First Urgent Care for providing superior service to myself and my family!

Very unpleasant experience with this office and staff. My son had high fever , I called to office and asked if they take insurance from another state . Receptionist told me she doesnt know and we have to got here . She didnt even asked what insurance we have . When we got there she said we dont take your insurance but we take cash $ 225.00 . I got very disappointed because she just couldve told me or asked what insurance I have and not waisting my time going there with sick child . But I guess they only care about $

I did not really read anything about this urgent care before taking my son in. His doctors office was closed, and a trip to the ER was not quite necessary. This was one of the urgent care centers that took his insurance so that is why I went here. I was not really expecting much because I have been less than impressed with other urgent care places I have been to in the past. The doctor and staff were great. The dr was very thorough and caring, and I would absolutely recommend them and go back if needed.

I went to Kids First with my sick 2 year old son on a Saturday afternoon since my pediatrician was not working by that time, we only waited for a few minutes. My son had high fever and Dr. Swartz checked him carefully in order to know what he had, he even took a blood test in 2 minutes to be sure about it! Dr. Swartz was very attentive to us and I did not feel in a hurry like I feel with other physicians. I highly recommend him and I would go to Kids First again if I need it.

After my son left school early because of a stomach ache, I took him to Kids First around 5pm because my doctor wasnt available. They took me in immediately and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Swartz. He checked out my son and explained to me what it was and gave me instructions on what to do. My son was super happy with the care and attention he received from Dr. Swartz. He even got a little lollipop on the way out. Thank you very much!

Dr. Swartz and his nurse Nikki are just the best! Such a caring team of people and very knowledgeable. They saw us immediately after we walked in and explained everything with a great level of care and professionalism. My little one had an ear infection and Dr. Swartz checked her and gave her all the necessary meds and also controlled her pain right there in the office. Couldnt be happier with our experience :) Thank you!!!!

We had a great experience here. Our childs pediatrician wasnt reachable and we didnt feel we needed to go to the emergency room. We arrived around 7pm and were seen quickly. The doctor was great, took the necessary time and send his report to our pediatrician the next day. We didnt have to make an extra stop on the way home since they have pharmacy. Highly recommend kids first, thank you!

The experience at this urgent care was nothing but exceptional. We must of waited a total of 10 minutes before seeing the doctor. Which is amazing when you have two sick kids whining. The doctor explained everything not only to me but to my kids which are old enough to understand. I loved it and I appreciate the care that they showed us. Thank you!

The best. Our child had a fever on a Sunday. I called ahead but I am not sure it was necessary. We were seen immediately with only minor forms to fill out. The doctor examined and entertained our child and explained everything in great detail. He spent more time with us then the regular pediatrician. A pleasure.

The place is amazing, clean, convenient located. They accept several insurances. The concept is amazing as they are open when everyone else is closed. They are always there for you if you have any emergency. Dr. Swartz is very professional and takes care of their patients with love and dedication.
