I have been going to Frisco Dermatology for about two months for my vitiligo and I am very disappointed in their lack of calling me and schdeduling me to get treated. I dont mind if I have to call in to check on the status of the insurance approval, but please call/email/text me to let me know that I have gotten approved. This has happened on two occasions its very frustrating . My insurance will approve me for my treatments and it will just be sitting there without my knowledge. On May 23 the insurance approved me to get seen at frisco dermatology. I never received a call to let me know I could come in and move forward with my treatment until I called in to check and was informed that I could of been seen three weeks ago, very aggravating.

The office was not very nice- which made me nervous. The care was the awesome!!! PA mrs. Vo was great. Answered my questions, very patient and knowledgable. Don't let the ugly office fool you.
