Good doctors. Nice place. One star rated because I went specifically for rx refills, needing by 12/31/16. Did not send to pharmacy. Told me to wait for 48 hours for them to be ready at Matlock Pharmacy. When I called to follow up with pharmacy, was told there was nothing for me sent. Now, I have to pay 100% out of pocket due to extremely high insurance deductible. Really great way to treat patients.

Friendly staff, just an all around good operation except for the phone service. I was lucky enough to get a real person twice and both times she transferred me to an answering machine, very difficult to get something done if you are not in the office.
