Not good!!!!!! I dont recommend this place!!!!!! I went into Dermatology Institute for a rash on my hands from wearing cleaning gloves. Being my first time there was told I had to see Dr. Way after being seen by his assistant. He came in the room and asked to see my hand and scratched the little bit of the rash that was left with his dirty fingernail. He told me that it wasnt from the gloves and that I had cancer. I beg to differ. His assistant asked me if I wanted a prescription or just some samples. I took the samples. When I got home I looked up what was given to me. It had terrible side effects so I called the office and asked for another alternative. They directed me to the nurse practitioner who never called me back. By the time she called back the rash had already cleared up. I called the office manager and complained about the doctors unprofessional disgusting behavior and told her how he told me that I had cancer and she told me that he put in his notes that I has lesions on my hands. Not true!!!!!!!!!!!

Called to have a few questions answered, such as the cost of a new patient consultation, etc. The man that answered the phone sounded like he was eating something, at 1:30 in the afternoon, and "couldnt tell" me anything specific. He said the new patient visit would range anywhere from "$75.00 to $120.00, but it depended on how much time they spent with me. I asked about some specific procedures and the "ballpark" pricing on those and he tried to tell me what the prodedure was, as if I didnt already know, but said he couldnt give me a price. He said they arent allowed to give out prices. He was very unprofessional and had no interest in helping me decide on becoming a new patient there. He actually convinced me that I do not want to go there. He didnt even know the last name of his boss, the office manager. He laughed and said he just calls her by her first name. Pretty sad because Ive heard the Doctors are good.

Please beware!!! This place will charge you what they want to charge you to keep you around and then if for some reason you can no longer come to their office, they will come up with extra charges from years ago and threaten to send you to collections. Never once did they tell me that I had a past due balance when I came into their office, but 3 years later after my insurance changed and I could no longer come to them they sent me all of these charges saying what my insurance didnt pay! So when I asked them why they never informed me about the past due balances they didnt know what to say. I paid a $50 copay every time that I went to the office and they never mentioned any past due balances. They will no longer get my business or my husbands.

I dont recommend this place they will charge you for no reason and if you no longer can come to the office. they will have a past due balance waiting for you, and they wont explain what are the charges for all they know is that you have a past balance due...
