Rodgers Dermatology is a wonderful place that has stood out in every way and is the place to go if you are looking for cosmetic/services provided by this clinic. A very friendly staff, patient listener and very accommodating. My experience with them so far has been excellent and I am a very happy and satisfied customer. My journey with them started when I was looking for Laser Hair Removal clinics. For someone like me who doesnt understand the implications of Laser Hair Removal process- I have been to a lot of clinics through groupon as well as google reviews but my search finally ended after 3 years when I found Rodgers Dermatology. I first went for a consultation and Catherine was the one who was assigned to talk to me. She is the best!!! She spent time and listened to my all my concerns patiently. Even if the consultation was free, I did not see any sort of haste or push from her to get done with me. She explained everything from start to end of how this process works. I was well informed and given all the precautions to be taken when I start taking the services. I have so far finished 6 sessions of Underarms and have just started my 7th session. The results have been exceptionally good on my skin. No side affects so far. Hair growth has significantly reduced and most importantly painless procedure (200% better than the pain for waxing). They have recently upgraded their equipment with than I couldnt feel a thing in my latest session. Catherine is an awesome person who take care of you just like her friend. She kept me informed at every step of the process and its well assured that if you listen and do everything what they say- you will definitely see the results. She never gets tired of repeating the same process over and over again without a single sign of agony. She takes time to understand your skin conditions, gets information from you every session before performing the procedure to make sure there are no side effects. I am sure all the other surgeons must also be great, but my preference will always be Catherine!!! In conclusion, my experience with Rodgers has been wonderful and I will continue to go to them as well as recommend this place to everyone !!!

Ive been dealing with excessive sweating since middle school. It is so embarrassing to not be able to wear light color clothes and to have to bring along deodorant and a change of clothes just in case. I live in TX and spent time in GA where the heat and humidity are great for someone like me LOL. I tried everything from heavy deodorants, baby powder, drysol, prescriptions, and nothing worked. Sweating is a natural body reaction, but hyperhidrosis is the pits....literally I researched Botox, but then came across MiraDry. I read a lot on this site and from my own research, I decided to do it. I was VERY nervous the day of the treatment, but it was a breeze! I had my first treatment May 28th 2015 at Rodgers Dermatology in Frisco TX. The scheduling process was easy and Linda was very thorough in answering all of my questions pre-treatment and in explaining the process. I had the best experience with Linda and her coworker; they were amazing and so personable! I wasn’t even in pain during treatment as some people had mentioned they were…could have been the pain pills I had ;) Within the week of having MiraDry done, Linda reached out to me to check up and see how I was doing, which was so thoughtful. I went back to Rodgers Dermatology for my follow-up, and everything was healing well. I had a few bumps and a gland that was coming up so I started using dry spray. Those have since gone away, and I’m back to not wearing deodorant!!! My sweating has decreased tremendously and it’s seriously the BEST decision I’ve ever made. It’s totally changed my life for the better!!! Overall my experience with Rodgers Dermatology staff, the procedure and results have been AMAZING!!! I’m so glad I found them and HIGHLY recommend anyone looking into this procedure to go see Linda. You will be amazed at the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, cleanliness of the office, and results of the procedure. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a 10!!! I’ve even started seeing them as my dermatologist based on my MiraDry experience. Go see them

Dr. Rodgers was unable to diagnose my dermatological disorder. I attended his office on two occasions and would estimate that I spoke with Dr. Rodgers a total of 5 minutes. That 5 minutes was to discuss symptoms, examine the irritated skin, diagnose (incorrectly), and send me to billing. Note that Dr. Rodgers was in such a rush to get away from me he didnt even discuss possible allergen exposures, what may have been different in my routine, current medications, etc. There was no root cause analysis. On my first visit I was just labeled with Eczema, given an extremely harsh steroid - for my face which can cause skin thinning and long-term problems, told to moisturize, and that it may (or may not) stop flaring-up over the years to come. I went in during a second flare-up and was told that I just had a hives-like rash (yes - he asserted that he had reviewed my chart, but also insisted that I had Urticaria). After Dr. Rodgers exited the room on my second visit saying, "Let me check your chart and Ill be right back" his assistant entered with prescription information and gave me directions to the billing counter. I insisted on speaking with Dr. Rodgers since he told me he would return and because there was still no root cause determined. I had to basically beg for them to test my blood and to perform an allergen patch test. That is, I had to beg for Dr. Rodgers to do his job. Oh, and they dont even take lab samples, they sent me on my way with a sheet of requested labs from a third party - no directions or an address was provided! If you want some cosmetic cream or a doctor to provide call-in acne medication prescriptions, I suppose Dr. Rodgers can handle that. If you have a REAL dermatological problem - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I was referred to Dr. Rodgers by my Obgyn. My initial impression was that that the practice was a very nice space/office environment & front office staff was friendly & professional. I completed new patient paperwork which asked me to list all of my concerns/reasons for visit which I was there and that was to have an initial review of all moles, have 1 removed, and to have an initial discussion on possible acne treatment/follow up. Dr Rodgers came in the exam room. There was no initial patient consultation or discussion of history/concerns at all. He immediately examined the 1 mole that my OB had been concerned with and removed it. This was done by snipping it off & he said "there would be no stiches", and patted me on the back and left the room. Literally in and out,<5 mins. Would have to say the worst initial consultation appointment by a provider that I have ever experienced. I now have a small hole in my chest that probably needed at least a stitch to heal properly and leave less scarring, but my reason for writing this review is that I felt like there was zero concern for me as a patient and no concern whatsoever for what my goals were in coming to be treated/seen by him in the first place. The impression it gave was that he did as minimal as he possibly could for my specialist copay for that visit. Definitely felt the goal of the practice is quantity over quality, and I have no intention of ever going back or ever referring him to anyone else, and further more plan on letting my OB know that he should reconsider referring other patients to this Dermatologist.
