I had a quickly growing rash, and this was the only dermatologist I could find open on Saturday. They told me to come down right away and they could squeeze me in before close. I drove down as quickly as I could... and they had left! Door was locked, nobody answering the phone, nothing. I found that very unprofessional and rude. Even if they are great dermatologists, this experience told me that their lack of attention to detail and patient awareness is something I couldnt look past.

Just called their office to schedule an appointment and the man who answered didnt even say hello but simply said "I cant even hear what you said". I spoke louder and said "Hi I would like to schedule an appointment please". He replied by saying "When?" I said "Wednesday afternoon". And he said "The latest appointment we have on Wednesday is 11:45 a.m." And I said "Is there any other time like at 3?" He replied by saying no and hung up on me.

I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to see me the same day. This is the second dermatologist I have seen for the same problem and the service was much better. The Dr explained to me what I had, what causes it, and the best way to treat and prevent it. I will gladly go back to this office. Much better than the office on Stonebridge.
