My first visit he numbed my lip and said he would be back in a few min to do the procedure. 45 min later the nurse walked in with a new patient very shocked I was still in there. They forgot I was there. (I was just going to go grab someone and see what the hold up was) In the end I was there an hour and 15 min for about 5 min with the Dr. including the procedure. They were VERY apologetic. I had to have my lip re numbed because it had been so long it was not numb anymore. To make up for my trouble I got two free kid smoothies. Whoopy do. Whatever. I was done. THEN the nurse calls and said I needed to come back because the lab showed what they shaved off had cancer. I reluctantly scheduled a followup and the Dr. was confused to why I even came back, everything looked good and I didnt need to come back. THEN they messed up my bill and kept re billing and re billing me. Getting ahold of the billing lady is impossible because she works part time in the evenings. Basically we settled the whole thing leaving voicemails back and forth because her hours are so inconvenient. Lastly the Dr. wrote a prescription for me to call and get when I needed it and I have NEVER been able to get ahold of the nurse. I have called at least 10-12 times. So I can keep trying or find a new Dr. to get the medication I need. Its by far the worst Dr. office of any kind that I have ever dealt with. Any of these things alone I would brush off but every single dealing with them has been a miserable pain.

Terrible experience. My appointment was at 8:30 in the morning--you think they would be on schedule at that time of day. I wasnt let into an office until 9:30. Waited a while more and then the doctor finally came in for literally 5 minutes. I told him what a previous doctor had diagnosed and that it didnt work. Without really looking at my condition, he assumed the other doctor was right and told me all the things I do (none of which I do) that are causing my condition. He was definitely anxious to get out the door and not really interested in what I had to say. He then gave me a prescription that had to be called into a pharmacy that will mail your medication to you. When I called they told me I wont be in the system for another 2 days--at which time they will process it, and then mail it. Estimated time--over a week. I promptly told them that I would be calling the dermatologist back and have him send it to a real pharmacy. Left a message with the office--still havent returned my call. Honestly, dont go here. Its a waste of time and money and is more frustrating than its worth.

Terrible experience with not only the office, but the doctor as well. My appointment was for 11:00. I was waiting for the doctor until 11:45. I had to go up to the staff multiple times and ask when I was going to be seen. I was seen at 11:45 and I left the room at 11:55. I wasnt cared for and had antibiotics thrown at me for a rash he didnt test. I went to another dermatologist, he suggested I changed my laundry detergent. It fixed my issue and I didnt have to pick up the TWO medicated creams this doctor prescribed.

Dr. Goodsell had one foot in the door and one foot in the hallway when I was in the room. He didnt even look at my hand, (my complaint). He just assumed he knew what was wrong. What he prescribed me did not help. I went to a different doctor who inspected me throughly and said that what Dr. Goodsell prescribed me actually made it worse. Also, this doctor has never seen what I have and did lots of tests to help me find out what was wrong and did not ASSUME that he knew what it was. I will not go back to Dr. Goodsell.

Dr. Goodsells has a wonderfully pleasant and professional staff. I dont have to worry what magazines my teenagers and kids will be reading in his waiting area because it is nothing like reading the headlines in the checkout lane of the market. You do not have to wait long for your turn. Dr. Goodsell is a very fine dermatologist and he will take the time to talk to you not only about why you are there, but also he will talk to you about you and he seems to love it. I very highly recommend this place.

Absolutely terrible overall experience with the office and the doctor. Dr. Goodsell spent about a minute with me in the room, wrote a prescription and got out of there. I basically had to self-diagnose and pry any information from the doctor. The front desk is a joke. I was wrongly billed and it took about 6 months to settle everything. What a waste of time and money. I will not be returning and referencing anyone I can to another dermatology center.

Ive been seeing Dr. Goodell for about 5 years now and he is wonderful! He is always kind and knowledgeable. Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time to be seen and he always spends an adequate time talking to me about why I am being seen. I never leave with unanswered questions. I have had to call the nurse before, and she has always called me back within the hour. The office staff is wonderful as well!! Thank you!

I had a terrible experience at his office. He didnt seem to care much about me. He didnt listen very well and was not very thorough in his examinations. Someone else talked about having "one foot in the hallway" and this was very much the case with me. He spent a total of 3 minutes in the exam room with me even though I was in there for roughly 25-30 minutes. I would not go back to him.

I was initially referred to Dr. Goodsell because of an allergic reaction on my face. I chose to go to him and was thoroughly impressed with him personally as well as his friendly and caring staff. I later had the same reaction and his office was so very accommodating and worked me in immediately. What a great group of folks, My family and I will always use Dr. Goodsell.

I took my two young children and husband to see Dr. Goodsell. He and his staff were fantastic! We were scheduled an appointment right away. At the appointment, wait was short and the staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Goodsell was amazing with our two young boys. We recommend him to people all the time and will continue to see him as needed.

Dr. Goodsell is very competent and takes time to explain every step in his evaluation and treatment of you skin condition. I have been to his office for various skin related issues and have always been treated with respect and came away feeling great about the visit. I dont understand why there are any negative comments related to this practice.
