I have never been to a dermatologist before, and thought Dr. Eyre did pretty well in explaining things to me and covering my questions. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I had no problems there. That being said I am fairly displeased and will probably not go back. I explained to Dr. Eyre when I was there that I was using a High deductible plan with an HSA and so needed to know the costs before making decisions. He removed a mole he was worried about and told me what it would cost, which was fine. He said insurance would cover it anyways (which they wont, but I was prepared for that). I have heard nothing from them about it, which was okay and got a bill a bit later that was %15 higher than what he said but thats not bad for just shooting me an idea in the exam room. What really bugged me was I got a separate bill from a different pathology center where my sample had been sent for a second opinion, which would not have really bothered me except I knew nothing about it and they told me nothing about it. I dont mind paying when something else is needed. I just want to know where my money goes when I have asked to be informed. More and more people are using High Deductible plans with or without HSAs and we want to know how and why our money is being spent or we will go elsewhere.

I have been fighting a strange allergic reaction of some sort for 3 months now, and I have made the rounds with doctors and treatments and havent gotten any real answers. Dr. Eyre was very patient in listening to my entire story and suggesting some possible things that other doctors havent mentioned at all. He was impressed by how much I had deducted about the condition on my own, and he is helping me to take active steps in finding a solution. While the nurse was helping me at the end of my appointment, he came back in and told me some more information that he had just read about. He had taken the time to research some possible conditions and try to find the answers for me. I appreciated all he did to try and help me find the solution to my problem.

I took my 3 yr old son to see Dr. Steven Eyre. The staff was wonderful. The office was very nice, very clean and had great toys for my son. The bad thing was, I felt that the Dr. didnt handle my 3 yr old well at all!! He is 3, of course he isnt going to be quiet and hold still, especially for a stranger, but Dr. Eyre didnt understand this. Dr. Eyre was rude, impatient, and told me what I should or shouldnt be doing with him. He even tried to tell him what to do several times. He became frustrated and just said things that shocked me. I realize he is not a pediatric Dr. but he is still a professional. I was not impressed at all, and will never go back. If you have a child needing a dermatologist, I would NOT recommend him!

Had a mole removed on my arm a year ago. Still have very ugly scar even though I followed post mole removal instructions. Also the billing was not done correctly on my mole removal. Im still receiving bills for removal a year after procedure for second opinions that I never asked for. When I called to ask about the billing I was told the second opinion was not my call but the doctors call to make. If I have to pay for the second opinion shouldnt the second doctor be my call? Also if I am going to receive additional billing shouldnt I be informed? Hidden fees dermatologist so much fun.

I really enjoyed Dr. Eyre. He really seemed to know what he was talking about...BUT the receptionist are not welcoming at all, it really makes it hard for me to come in. I stood there for over 10 min just waiting for someone to ask me if I had an apt. Even on the phone they sound really annoyed and bugged to answer any sort of questions.

Very poor doctor (Steven P. Eyre) with little knowledge about many problems within his field of expertise. Wasnt at all personable and quite rude during the visit and didnt help at all with the issue. Charged me anyway for the appointment and did nothing! Had to go to another doctor which solved the problem easily.

Great results! Wait wasnt long. Nursing staff was very nice. I went in to meet with Dr. Steven Eyre. He looked at my face and scalp, told me what I had and what to do about it, and so I did. I took my prescriptions and Whadya Know! All cleared up in about a week or two! Really nice guy too.

I have been going here for about 2 years and a half and this doctor has always given me great results and he knows what he is doing I have recommended about 4 people to him and 3 have actually gone and thanked me for the recommendation because he is just a great doctor and knows his stuff.

I was seen by Dr. Steven Eyre and the experience I had was great. He was very knowledgeable and knew what to do at all times. He was confident and treated me very well. He followed up with me a couple days later. The staff office was very nice. They were quick to help.

He is the best dermatologist I have ever been to. He cared about my concerns, and he spent a lot of time explaining things to me. I felt very well cared for. I highly recommend him. I do agree that the receptionist could be a little nicer.

Dr. Russel Eyre takes his time and is very thorough! If you are someone who cant handle that I would recommend finding someone who meets your needs. But dont yell at the staff or the Doctor!

Dr. Eyre did a great job cutting a thing out of my back. Hardly felt anything, took lots of time to explain everything. Best experience ever with a dermatologist.
