My appointment was for 11. I came in at 10:20am to fill out the new paperwork and make sure I held my spot so I could be seen on time as I had my sisters college graduation to attend. Around 10:40 I asked how long the wait was and was told about 15 minutes.After 25 minutes, I asked about how much longer the wait would be and the lady at the front desk said I was next. I waited another half hour and it was about 11:30am. I told them I had to go and both of the ladys were talking to each other saying that they were too busy to reschedule me. Finally one of the ladys decided she could re-book me, but I do not want to go back so I told her I didnt need to re-book and I left.

Did not like the PA, I believe her name was Mary. She was very rude, I felt rushed, she even forgot to give me samples, and did not seem up to date on latest technology and medicine. She seemed bothered I was there! I asked about a few moles that looked suspicious on me and she blew me off and handed me a pamphlet on cancerous moles. I have a small outpatient surgery scheduled and the wait is ridiculous- months out. I only give them a 3 star because my husband sees Dr. English and loves him. If you can get in with him I think it would be a great place, but avoid the PA as even my friends have had similar experiences.

Love these guys! Ive been using English Dermatology for years. The staff is always friendly and the doctor has always made sure I didnt leave with unanswered questions. Literally, the doctor has always asked, "do you have any other questions for me?" Im just surprised theres so many people saying negative things about the service. No way are the staff passive aggressive like other reviewers are implying. Also, I have never been rushed out.

The staff that I dealt with did not care. The front office women were less than helpful and also condescending. The PA I saw, Brian, listened to just 3/6 of my problems before writing the rest off and rushing me out. My wait time was well over that of my actual appointment. I will not continue to use this office, as I dont want to be treated like that again.

There is a sense of condescending throughout the employees. There is a lack of respect for patients, minimal eye rolling, sly smirks, unprofessional tone of voice and communication. I feel as though I need to be on guard eveytime I walk into the practice. Not all employees are as radical as described, but the majority need an attitude adjustment.

I absolutely love going here! Mary is who I go to see, and she has always been so nice and friendly to me. As a college student, its really cool when your care provider talks to you about her path into medicine and offers advice to help you succeed.

Wow! Called to make an appointment and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes without anyone coming back on the line. Boooooo! Obviously customer service isnt a priority. 4 thumbs down..

I had a cyst removed here along with some other things done. While there was some confusion with scheduling and a forgotten reminder I was pleased with my results.
