Place is no good. Had not been here in about a year at the Tempe location. I got scheduled for an appointment and showed up at the Tempe location . NO A TO Z DERMATOLOGY. So I call them and they tell me that location is closed....o...k why didnt anyone tell me when I scheduled? So then I driive all the way down to the Greenfield and baseline location....im running late now. So i get there and show up and they take me back. They didnt even have me scheduled there for what I ask for when my appointment was scheduled. Then it turns out that I need a referral for the new year from my primary doc in order to be seen. So i was told I could not be seen. Now im pissed about all the time i wasted and non communication from thr staff. The doctor was insensitive about all the gas and time I wasted along with being incovienced. I had rearranged my whole schedule as a busy working mom to come to this appointment. How aggravating. Why didnt anyone tell me before showed up or let me know this when the appt was scheduled. They do not communicate well and Im over it and over A to Z. I will be looking for another clinic with people who care and know how to communicate. Horrible service.

Had a terrible experience at this place. Made an appointment, but I guess they like to over book their patients. I ended up waiting over an hour in the waiting room, and when I finally got in I had to wait more than 30 minutes before meeting the dermatologist. When she came in she did not care at all what I had said to her. I brought in my previous records from Scottsdale Dermatology (I was currently on Doryx). She insisted that she did not need to look at them because I only needed a topical gel. Which from my previous experience never worked on my skin I told her that but she ignored it. She wrote me a prescription for it never used it. Its definitely worth an hour drive to go to Scottsdale Dermatology, at least they listen and care. Also they dont over book patients, and have absurd waiting times. I get in when Im supposed to, see a dermatologist WHO CARES, and leave happy. This place was terrible, I would never recommend it its a waste of time and money.

I ran out of my acne medication and the pharmacy had tried contacting the office for a couple of weeks with no response. I called their office and I was told by the medical assistant that she would call and refill it and she said that the pharmacy never contacted them.. This was on a Friday and they never ended up calling it in, so I had to go another few days being out of the medication. I called them again and they completely changed their story and said I need an appointment before I can get the medication refilled, I will go to a different dermatologist, not one that leaves their patients for weeks without medication.

Dr. Gamoth injected filler into my lips and the result was amazing! She has an eye and expertise for sculpting a beautiful, natural look. I was having this done for my sons wedding, so it was very important to me that the results be beautiful....and I could not have been more pleased! My daughter sees Amanda for acne treatment. Her skin is clearing up nicely. Amanda works with her to get the right combination of treatment and she is loving the results! I highly recommend Dr. Gamoth and her staff at A to Z Dermatology. They are professional, caring, and best of all....provide excellent results!

I was referred to this dermatologist 6-8 weeks ago. I had a growth on the right side of my right hand which was causing irritation. I made an appointment, during the first appointment, the doc provided options, I elected for biopsy, and she performed the biopsy right then. When the results were back the office called to let me know the results and treatment. This was a nice experience. In addition, I decided to have some red blood blisters (or something) lasered off and they were able to do same visit. This dermatology office is friendly nice and I feel comfortable.

New patient - Tried top make an appointment. Left multiple messages throughout the week - no response. I kept calling the following week and finally got thru - and was put on 5 minute wait. I work and was attempting to get an appointment time that I could make. Was informed no new patient appointments are allowed between 11 - 1 pm (why? no idea). Earliest appt 9am - latest 4pm, very inconvenient hours for individuals that work and women that answered the phone - very unfriendly. If this is how a potential patient is treated by the staff....

I spent more time in the waiting room and with the assistant than with the Doctor. Just because I do not have visable acne, she didnt even bother to examine me. I asked if she knew what Erruptive Vellus Hair Cycts were and she was completely clueless. Told me that she thought I would be better seeing a therapist and walked out the door! Go back to school you idiot Doctor. Thankfully I found a Dermatologist that knows what he is doing and I am on appropriate corrective medicine to fix my issue. I guess she is only good for popping pimples.

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago after l received a referral from my primary doctor to have a blackhead removed from my back that has been there for over 3 years and is irritated by my bra strap. The physician here tells me lets see what it looks like in two weeks! Is she just stupid or too busy to take care of me, I mean they took my $40.00 copay just to blow me off! I will never recommend this place too anyone, I will notified my insurance company, l will be contacting my primary physician, and anyone else who will listen.

I would put 0 stars but there is no option for that. They dont pay attention to detail, at all. My daughter has sever eye pains that need healing they sent the prescription to a completely different pharmacy, not to mention it was friday 4th of july weekened. I left a message and got a call monday about the misunderstanding, that was at 8am. Now 9am they still havent switched over the meds to the right pharmacy which you think would be a priority for a 7 year old with bleeding eyelids. I will never go back.

Completely clueless "doctor". My mother had just finished chemo and has horribly painful rashes all over her body. When she came in, the doctor proceeded to take pictures of my mother rashes with her Ipad. She then told her that it was "just dry skin" and gave her an ointment that did not help at all. Not to mention the place is run more like a spa than a professional medical practice.

I called 4 other clinics before I found A to Z. They were the only place that had appointments available the same week. Friendly staff, took me back to private waiting room on time, nurse promply screened me, doctor promply treated me. I was surprised that I didnt have to wait on anyone!

I am very pleased with Az Dermatology. I see Dr. Gamoth. I have suffered with psoriasis and she put me on a medication that made my psoriasis better. I am pleased with results that she helped me with. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.
