Dr. Kelly was soooo nice. Seriously, my mind was blown. Its been such a long time since Ive met a doctor that actually treats a patient like a human being instead of a paycheck (you know what I mean...the in and out the door in the blink of an eye with hardly a word spoken type of doctors that seem to have monopolized the medical field lol). He was pleasant to talk to, explained the diagnosis and procedure, and made me feel comfortable during my appointment for a small skin surgery. He took his time and most importantly, the procedure was pain free. His assistant Heather was awesome too - super sweet and did a great job administering the anesthetic. Though Im hoping I never have a reason to see Dr. Kelly again, at least I know that if I ever do, Ill be in good hands. Highly recommend him.

My husband and I were recently referred to Dr. Gary McCracken by our family doctor. We had suffered through two really bad dermatologists in the past and were really leery of trusting yet another. We were so pleasantly surprised by both Dr. McCracken and his staff. Diane and the other staff members are so kind, helpful, and professional. When we saw Dr. McCracken, he took his time to understand our issues and past disappointments. He then conducted full body exams of our skin. He diagnosed a growth on my husbands arm as Squamous Cell cancer. Our previous dermatologist had dismissed it as nothing to worry about. Dr. McCracken did a biopsy which confirmed his diagnosis. The growth was quickly and painlessly removed. We highly recommend Dr. McCracken to anyone looking for excellent care.

Talk about quick and easy! I called for an appointment yesterday. Originally they had an appointment for a week away, but it was the day I was flying out for a week. They looked and were able to get me in first thing this morning. They had a portal to fill out the paperwork which was quick and easy and kept me from having to arrive early to do paperwork. The Dr immediately knew what the dry spots on my face were and called in a prescription. I have a followup next month with a full body check, which everyone should have annually. MUCH better than someplace else I went to last year who seemed too bored to do more than a cursory glance.

Everyone at the Center for Dermatology & Plastic surgery was very friendly, courteous & most helpful. In addition they are very knowledgeable in their field. My Doctor, Dr. McCracken was very thorough in explaining the MOHS procedure to me. He then explained that he was going to take a biopsy & that they would then be in touch with me with the results! They made my visit comfortable & reassuring & made me feel I had made the right decision in following my GPs recommendation to go there. I recommend Center for Dermatology & Plastic Surgery very highly? Once again wonderful receptionists, nurses and Doctors! GOD Bless them!

My family doc dismissed a large mole as nothing to worry about, but when center for dermatology and plastic surgery had a "melanoma Monday" event I popped in to have them check it out. They said it looked suspicious and removed it quickly after. Came back as melanoma so they had me come back in to make sure theyd gotten it all. Feeling very grateful for center for Derm. for holding the event and catching this early. Not to mention the staff and docs are professional and very courteous. They got a female to check me and were so respectful. I got phone calls and texts from Dr Kelly after both procedures to check on me.

We had a small (thank you) amount of papers to fill out when we arrived. Then we were taken right back to a very clean comfortable exam room. A nurse came in for vitals and to ask about the reason for the visit. The Dr. came in less than 5 min. later looked at my husbands skin condition and gave us a diagnosis, answered all our questions gave him 2 prescription and described in detail how to use them. The Dr. was concerned that we were comfortable with all that we discussed. Best of all He did not insist that we had to make multiple visits. I would reccomend this Dr. To family and friends.

I would highly recommend Center for Dermatology to anyone of need for related services. Upon my first visit / exam I was very comfortable from the moment I walked in with a warm greeting and smile. Dr. Kelly and his staff were really awesome and my procedure went really well with no complications, as every step was discussed thoroughly and even received a call from Dr. Kelly later to check on my status. If ever I needed any related services in the future ,there would be no question about returning.

Im a new patient and I think this office is fantastic. Im deaf and my son and daughter-in-law always go to appointments with me so there is no misunderstanding on my part. (I can lip read sometimes) The staff and the DR took their time and talked to me, making an effort to speak in such a way that I could understand. Usually patients dont bring their on entourage, but this didnt phase them at all. I would recommend this Dr and staff to anyone

I made an appointment with the Center for Dermatology and Plastic surgery for a routine skin check. The staff was welcoming and efficient. In no time at all, I was back in the exam room and introduced to Dr Machnau. She put me at ease and explained what she was doing and what she was looking for as she did the exam. This is a wonderful group and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Great Practice! Office staff friendly & helpful. Dr McCracken looked at a yet un-diagnosable tissue condition, reached out to the best & brightest of his connections across the nation to collaborate on both diagnosis & suggestions for treatment. Dr called within 24 hours of my first office visit to let me know his progress. Very pleased with my experience so far.

These guys are Great! Quick appointments. Nice people. Efficient billing and they got insurance authorization same day. Surgeon did an Excellent job fixing my sons broken finger and answered questions with ease. Very knowledgeable. Appointment setting was a little confusing and had some struggles but Im sure that glich will be worked out in time. Very satisfied.

I had a skin cancer spot removed from the side of my nose. The people at the facility were all very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The doctors did a great job. The plastic surgeon did such a great job, you cant tell where it was done. I am very pleased with the outcome. If I ever need to have that kind of surgery again, I will definitely by using them.

The plastic surgeon was very nice and did a good job doing a fill in my lip wrinkles. I am considering a more in depth treatment. My visit with Dr. McCraken was great. He has a nice bedside manner and zapped a few things on my face. I am happy that I can see him now in Gilbert, AZ. Ill be going back in a few months for the yearly cancer skin check.
