Not impressed by this doctor. We scheduled an appointment because it was close to our home and some fairly decent reviews. The doctor left my husband sitting in the exam room for more than 45 minutes. The office staff is not much better. I left a voice mail message advising I was trying to pay a bill over the phone, but their office hours do not work well for working people to be able to call in - there is no on line bill payment option. When the office staff called back and left a voice mail message she advised she had inadvertently called the wrong number and left a voice mail at that number as well. I will not use this provider again.

Our last visit will be the last. I brought my daughter in this week to have something looked at. Every question I had not only did I get a general 1 sentence response... he wouldnt take the time to look at me and address the question... his back was turned to me the entire time. I have never experienced a more disrespectful doctor in over 30 years. I felt like an idiot just for asking questions!

Dr. Bigler is an excellent dermatologist!!! 14 years ago I had a life saving visit to his office. Being a pathologist as well, he was able to quickly assess that I had a dangerous melanoma on the back of my arm. I feel that I wouldnt be here today if it wasnt for his knowledge and skill. I see him twice a year a would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Bigler was very informative and thorough. I felt like he spent enough time with me and I didnt feel rushed. He gave me a chance to ask questions as well.
