It was an amazing experience. It was the first time that a doctor has come in while the nurse is still filling out paperwork. I had been going to another dermatologist in Orem that made me feel as though I wasnt worth his time since I am not a model. I wasted years and was uncomfortable the entire time. Dr McDonald spent the time took a couple biopsies which wasnt my favorite part of the day- but he got to the bottom of my issue I have been extremely comfortable the last couple of weeks. He should teach seminars on how the doctor to patient relationship should be. I would highly reccomend him.

Dr. MacDonald & his staff are amazing. He does everything possible to help me & make me feel comfortable in a bad & painful situation. His treatment plan has been the only one to start helping me heal. Hes always so willing to listen to me & help me as a person & patient. Whether it be in office or over the phone. He called me with biopsy results so quickly, which was such a relief. He was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and had the best bedside manner of any doctor Ive ever seen. Dr Macdonald was great he seemed to really care about my concern for a strange mole and didnt make me feel like Im crazy or that I was being a hypochondriac he removed it along with one other that appears to be precancerous as well. He asked questions about me as a person not just a number. I would recommend him to anyone
