Reserving my full judgement until I finally have an office visit with Dr. Blam. He treated me as an emergency admit at Howard County General Hospital with a badly broken femur. He performed surgery to repair my femur with plates and screws to make the best of a very rough situation. He explained the options to me and my husband and I agreed with Dr. Blam that the incision would take longer to heal but the repair would be the best consider there were also micro fracures across my knee. I waited more than 6 hours in the ER for any input from the orthopedist on call (I assume Dr Blam). I was admitted right before 1 am and didnt have any info about my condition for more than 6 hours and then was prepped for surgery earlier than expected. The worst part of my encounter with OACM is the lack of follow through when I went home. I ran out of pain meds on a Saturday and called them for help. The doctor on call suggested that I stop taking the pain meds on the 4 hour interval and take OTC pain meds when I could tolerate them. No one would be available for a controlled substance refill which has to be done on paper (and in person) before Monday morning at 8am when the office opened back up for patient care. If I would even have guessed that I might run out of pain meds and have no recourse for more over a holiday weekend, I would have pushed to stay in the hospital until my follow up with Dr. Blam. I did not have a choice of which doctors would treat my emergency situation or I would NOT have chosen the Orthopaedic Associates of Central Maryland. My previous experience with knee replacement with Dr. Henry Boucher holds a much higher standard that these docs cant even begin to see. If my leg wasnt so severely broken I would have opted to be taken to Union Memorial in Baltimore where my care was excellent.

Went to OACM for some major back pain and was told my regular ortho didnt do spines so I was sent to see Dr Yoon. Dr Yoon stated I had a fracture in my T-12, that I should take off 3-4 weeks, no BLT, bending, lifting, twisting. I had to use all of my leave for the year for FMLA. Dr Yoon mysteriously leaves the practice so I had to see Dr Blam prior to my discharge back to work. Upon reading my chart and looking at the X-ray Dr Blam states I never had a fracture it was a misdiagnosis by Dr Yoon. Meanwhile since I have used all of my time off I have only two days left for sick leave/vacation for the next eleven months. I asked Dr Blam what the pain could be coming from and he might have just pushed me right out of the office, he couldnt get rid of me fast enough, totally rude. I forgot to mention they lost all my paperwork I had sent over from my job and had to resend it all. A total disaster with this place from start to finish, if I could have given no stars I would have.

This is a very skilled group of orthopaedics. Dr. Zeitouneh has been a long term orthopaedic doctor for me and I have found him excellent at taking the time to explain whatever the problem may be and alternatives. He is not quick to suggest a surgical option but if he does he ensures that you end up in skilled hands. He listens and is caring. Dr. Pervaiz who is newer to the practice is quite adept in assessment and repair as needed with upper limbs. He was able to perform a superb repair on a traumatic injury of my ulna which has since healed with no lasting pain and no external evidence of the plate and screws that had to be used in that repair. External healing left my arm with minimal scarring. The staff is always pleasant and very easy to work with and to gain scheduling through in a timely fashion.

I made and appt, not sure it I was incorrect in the time or if they were, however if they were correct I was late by 20 min and the weather was bad, they told me they could not see me because I was late, they girls behind the desk had an attitude and she got up came back and told me that Dr Scott Silverstein would not see me because I was late and they have other patients, I asked if I could be squeezed in, I didnt mind wait and I was told no. I have NEVER being turned away like that. I will find another Ortho Dr who would be glad to help me.

Super long wait times. The first time i was early by thirty minutes; now granted i did have to fill out paperwork but it still took ten minutes after my appointment time to be called back. Once i was I the back i waited 35 minutes before anyone came back to see me. Im back for a "follow up" and again Im in the back waiting. ***back for a second "follow up" waited 30 minutes just to be called in the back. In the back i have waited over 15 minutes for someone to come in the back. This place clearly doesnt value your time. My third and last visit***

Clean, orderly office with automated check in system. The nurses and orderlies were all polite and helpful. I cant say the same for Dr. Pervais. He seemed far more interested in promoting his YouTube channel, bad-mouthing our previous orthopedist, and complaining about how my grandmothers health problems inconvenienced HIM, to reassure us or address our concerns. I understand that a specialists time is valuable, but I dont think its ever okay to speak over an old woman whos asking whether her medicine is safe to tell her "I dont do that".

Website advertises sports medicine services and an urgent care clinic for sprains, strains, and muscle spasms. When I visited the urgent care clinic for a sprain/muscle spasm I was turned away saying they only do work on bones. Even after showing them their own website they just reiterated that they only work on bones.

They saved my butt! Dr. Maloney is a fabulous doctor with a wonderful staff! I really enjoyed my physical therapy, the therapist where caring, and professional. I attribute my quick recovery to the organization. Making and appointment was easy and a breeze! I recommend this practice.

So far, my family has used Dr. Silverstein, Dr Wallace, Dr Yoon, and Dr Adams...I am highly impressed with the expertise and compassion. I have lived in 14 different states and five countrirs, using orthopedic specialists in every one of them and the group practice is the best.

Polsky is a great doc with an exceptional approach to patient care. I cant say quite enough good about him. The Physical Therapists are pretty exceptional as well. Ive been working with a guy named Brandon. And the results have been great!!!

Hoco General Hospital said it was not broken. The doctor here said it is. The bone or tissue has recovered. I tend to believe the doctor here. He showed me the ×-ray. Hand to see the break, but it looked different from the ot

Was taken advantage of here. Charged $270 for a brace that sells for $50 on Amazon. Dr. was good, but not thorough. Went for a second opinion, and their thoroughness found a bigger story to my issue.
