I am here right now and its been 40 minutes so that I have been waiting. I was early as instructed so at least be on time with me. I am seriously going to leave . Now. I"m done. Went next door to original office where there were 3 ladies sitting there looking at me when I walked in like I was crazy. I waited months to get an appointment, I left work an hour early to be early, I am scheduled with some new provider I have never met, I am in a new office I am not familiar with, and now you are acting like its ok we will just reschedule you. No thank you. You will not waste anymore of my time. I am extremely disappointed because I have been happily coming for several years and now I have been treated so unimportant.

This office is very hard to have them respond or address issues. I needed contact lenses and I had to make at least 4 calls until I was able to speak to the person who places the orders. Now, I need more but they are telling me that me prescription is expired and I need to see the Dr for new assessment. Therefore, they cant order any lenses for me until I see the Dr. in mean time I am running out of lenses and I have to wait for new appointment. I am fine with my lenses and I dont need new evaluation, this is for them just to make money and charge me for new lens evaluation.

The best experience ever from the front desk to checkout. Friendly, smiling, considerate people . Dr DeFalco is a wonderful addition to Dr Scotts team. Very professional, personable, patient oriented, down to earth.I cannot say enough.Additionally, the optometric tech, Bernadette.....the best I have ever encountered.Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, loves her job.....just a great experience.Love you all.

Very friendly staff, awesome Doctors. People who complain about not getting new contact lenses dont understand how RXs work. Its the same everywhere you go. An RX is only good for a year. Legally, to get a new medical device, you need a new RX for contacts, period. You are the only one to blame if you let your RX expire, just like any other medication.

Ive always had a very positive experience anytime I have been seen here. The doctors are fantastic and if I ever needed to be seen on short notice, I was squeezed in no problem. Their office is nice and comfortable with top of the line technology and equipment. If you ever have any eye needs, I would not hesitate to recommend you to Chesapeake Eye Care.

I had a terrible experience at this center. Lori Kelly is one of the managers there and when I had an issue, she was rude and unhelpful. She is by far one of the most inconsiderate people I have ever dealt with. I will never visit this center again.
