Be wary of the Orange City locations tactics/billing practices. I had a regular eye exam and was then asked to schedule for a "visual fields" test on a different day because they only have 1 device to test everyone. I advised I didnt want to come on another day as I didnt want to pay another deductible. I was told I would not have to pay another deductible - well sure enough, they charged me another deductible. Update: I received a refund of my $50 co-pay today but feel that the billing department should be made aware of not charging for procedures rescheduled for another day - I shouldnt have to give a bad review to get a refund for something that should not have been charged to begin with. I spoke to the billing department on 2 separate occasions (1 being a trip to the office specifically for this) and was told that the additional $50 charge was correct.

My daughter went to see Dr. Cohn on a referral from the optometrist at the Visionworks in Sanford, Fl. Treated very poorly and apparently had a problem that she brought her girlfriend with her because they asked who she was and when they found out she was my daughters girlfriend, they gave her a nasty look. Then felt the need to relay the information to Visionworks, who then made it in an issue. Never going to either location again. I gave it 1 star because I couldnt post it otheriwse.

What an absolute rude b*tch that answers the phone at this location. Very abrupt and nasty on the phone. Only interested in who your insurance is and nothing else. I would have been a new customer but they will not be getting my business.
