I have been going to this office for years now , and was quite pleased until this year . Customer service begin to get terrible , far below acceptance , no ph call returned promptly , promises not fulfilled , very little accountability for poor front office service . The real kicker is when I visted off.(after no one answering incoming call/no response to messages left). Then I am told my order for replacement glasses cold not be located . After this l left their office pretty flustered , lessened by a christian female who witness my frustration , and said come sit down (I obeyed doing as instructed) , she said "i would pray for you ." I left with hope all would be well , wrong ! Last wk I get a call , well over a wk after the last encounter to the promise Your "glasses is being sent , I (office mgr) will call when they arrive ." I get the call to pick up glasses , ans agrwede to pic up the following day . Then gentleman tell me he need the sun glasses I purchased at the initial follow-up(or my old glasses- which I had informed him they was lost) . The reason I came initially was for replacement glasses . Why he was asking for my frames , sunglasses or lost glasses was totally absurd . I am levied now (brevity), made into a guy that was "creatin a hostile environment" and was asked to leave . Still no apology or accoutability for horrible customer service . Wish I had shopped at my favorite publix for glasses(always a pleasure) , LLO ! Seriously , have to get temp reading glasses now , no where but publix until I decide on new primary vision . Cant go back to Oviedo Eye care anytime soon . Good people-terrible front office service ! Current business owner- Bookend commercial Home Group (a five star company)

I saw Dr Webster in February. My insurance company paid him for what was supposed to be a complete eye examination. The prescription he wrote for me and my husband was never suitable for either of us. We now have glasses that have appropriate lenses thanks to Dr Natalie Noble in Altamonte Springs, FL. I do NOT recommend Oviedo Eye Care under any circumstances. The staff talks about the clientele with others in their presence. Finally there was an ad posted for a free trial of contact lenses except that there is a $60.00 fee for fitting etc. This was a pretty good practice in years past but its not any longer. I never plan to return, never!

Dr. Crockett is new to the Oviedo Eye Care team and shes awesome! She takes her time on the exams and makes sure youre informed about whats going with your eyes. I love the frame selections and they work with you as far as pricing is concerned if youre on a budget. If youre looking for affordability and excellent customer service (Rico is the best--he makes sure you leave his store satisfied with your our eyewear), book your next eye exam at OVIEDO EYE CARE!! #IbrakeforOviedoChickens#

I love Oviedo Eye Care! I first stopped here because I was excited that little Oviedo actually had its own eye care place. Since that time I havent gone anywhere else. You get taken care of like your family. You can tell that everyone there actually cares. I always have Rico help me when I am there hes funny and it very knowledgeable. I didnt realize that the different type of lenses really made a difference. I get my own glasses here including my family and I tell all my friends.

I didnt even need to go in. I call to make an appt for my son just now. Got put on hold with a less than friendly staff member. She comes back. And I go to ask how her day was and she goes How can I help you? I hung up. Im good. Ill find somewhere else where I wont be bothering anyone.

Eye exam was great, the doctor was pleasant. Staff was nice. Just now waiting for my glasses to come in . Was very happy with the visit.

We lived in Florida 4 years ago and now we live in New Mexico - its impossible to find a doctor and staff like Oviedo Eye Care.

Although the staff is friendly, the waiting time is exhausting. Waited 60 minutes for a contact lens recheck.
