A friend recommended Eola Eyes to me about 5 years ago, and since my first appointment, I never have or will go anywhere else! I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years, and contacts for over 15 years, so I have been to many eye doctors prior to switching to Eola Eyes, and I can honestly say that they are the best in town! Every time I go in for an eye appointment I feel like one of the family, with the wonderful personalized service. Everything from Mel and the front desk staff greeting me with a welcoming smile and knowing me by first name, to the fabulous doctors, such as Dr. Giedd, who is very thorough and patient during each exam. Dr. Giedd really takes the time to explain every step of the exam and make sure you are comfortable with your current and/or recommended products. Their office is not only modern and beautifully decorated, but also features state of the art technology. If youre in the market for new glasses, they have a great selection, and Jay is fabulous to work with. As my friend did for me years ago, I would definitely recommend Eola Eyes to anyone looking for a new eye doctor!

The physical layout is modern and pleasant, and the quality of examination by the doctor (in my case, Dr. Williams) seemed fine. Have had problem with Medicare billing, and thus supplemental insurance, too. Hasnt cost me any money out of pocket, but this dates back to February, and it is now July. My current plans are when my next exam is due to have my records transferred elsewhere and start with a new provider who can get the business stuff right. Finally, regarding Jae won Lims comment/review above "when I gave them a call, the lady Alex was very rude and put me on hold while I was talking:" the EXACT same thing happened to me this morning. Just not professional on the office staffs part, and I refuse to be dealt with like that. So pleasant surroundings and quality doctors notwithstanding, I cannot recommend this place.

I was a patient with Eola Eyes for almost 10 years but after my last visit I will never go back. Dr Giedd is an amazing doctor but that is all that is positive about Eola Eyes. I ordered eyeglasses for the very first time with them last year. When I mentioned I wanted to stay close to my vsp allowance that is when everything changed. I ended up paying almost $400 for a pair of glasses they pulled out of a drawer. I thought that was the floor model but when I picked up my glasses a week later, the frames were stretched out and kept falling off my nose. I returned to get them adjusted but was treated very condescendingly and the frames are still too lose.

My experience as well as that of my family has been amazing with Eola Eyes. My parents come from overseas to visit and have made it a habit to see Dr. Giedd for their vision needs. She is extremely thorough, very helpful and has made the experience for my parents a great one. My husband, child and I also see Dr. Giedd on a regular basis and every time the experience has been the same: Excellent! The staff at Eola Eyes is very friendly and helpful, specially Jay, who would go the extra mile to help with anything a patient needs. Last thing, the facility... it is very contemporary and beautifully designed!

The place itself was very nice and clean. It was my first time seeing Dr. Giedd and she was very thorough. I did not had a good experience with the receptionist though. After my check up was done, I was told that one of the receptionist will give me a call within a week and nobody gave me a call. When I gave them a call, the lady Alex was very rude and put me on hold while I was talking. Her and another lady told me that somebody did try to reach me but I did not had any missed call or a voicemail left. I would recommend the doctor herself but the service itself was horrible.

I cannot say enough good about Eola Eyes. They treat you like family and are highly knowledgeable. For the first time in my life I feel as though my vision is the best that it can be. Having had eye problems since the third grade this means more than I can express. Thanks to their knowledge I was introduced to mono-vision which not only gives me better vision but also means NO reading glasses off and on my face. They were so easy to adapt to that I drove home with them in my eyes. All I can say is thank you to the entire staff there and I will SEE you soon :-)

My experience at Eola Eyes has always been wonderful! The new location is extremely convenient if you live or work near the downtown Orlando area. In addition, not only is the new location very chic but it is clean and the selection of frames is very broad. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and organized. Dr Giedd is always thorough, has may options for appointment times and ensures that you have all your questions answered regarding your exam and products. I wouldnt recommend any other location in Orlando!

The frames are all carefully picked out with fashion trends in mind. There is also a good variety of affordable frames that do not skimp on style and quality. When I read reviews I am always skeptical about companies with all 5 star ratings. Fact is Eola Eyes is great and a 5 star rating means you love it and I do. They gave me the most through eye exam I have ever had. Answered all my questions without trying to manipulate me into buying something more. Gave me lots of options and were really friendly. The new store is incredible looking. So I guess if your cynical like I can be at times your going to have to read another review for something negative.

I always get nervous for an eye exam appt. but after going to Eola Eyes that has changed. I just went for a second time for my annual exam and this place is wonderful. Its a very nice clean place, they are very friendly and professional and all of the doctors are fabulous and give you quality time and care. After the exam I love their selection of glasses to choose from. I found the best glasses Ive ever owned here. Ill make this my permanent eye care place.

Went here last year~ Great doctors & staff but way Over Priced! especially for contact lens exam, this year i went to Super Walmart on Golden Rod & saw Dr. Curtis. Got a contact lens exam & free trail pair for only $92.00. Of course you dont get all the high tech, computer images, just basic old fashion exam, but who can afford over $150 for an exam, plus contact lenses, by the time they are done with you, you could have paid your cable bill.

Dr. Beedle and staff are the best there is for eye care in Orlando. They go above and beyond by always explaining your exam results. They also have the latest and greatest technology around that can measure your risk for glaucoma or retina thinning. Additionally, if you do needs glasses, contacts, or sunglasses they have the BEST selection. I recommend everyone to this place and am a customer for life.
