Im very disappointed at the service of this "eye care center" I will say that some of the employees are very nice and helpful however I cannot extended that same respect to all of them. From the looks of the other reviews and less than 2 out of 5 star rating I see that I am not alone in my experience. Unfortunately I personally was not able to pick up my glasses so I asked my girlfriend if she could and kindly she did, well a short time later I received a call from her who was very emotionally frustrated saying that the people were being very rude to her and making her sit there after she tried telling them she was just picking up glasses for someone else. that someone being me, I spoke to the people working there just before she came to make sure that it was okay for her to pick the glasses up and they said yes, well contrary to that yes that had her sit there for 15mintues saying that she had to pay for the glasses and get them sized. THEY WERE NOT HERS! And yes they were already payed for already, I wonder if the people even bothered to listen to anything she had to say and if they did then why would they ask a question that obviously didnt pertain to her as she was just picking them up per my request after I was told that wouldnt be an issue by those same employees. Im not very happy about dealing with an emotionally frustrated girlfriend who was just trying to do me a favor, and im even more not happy about the service and how they treated her, I waited almost a month to get my glasses, YES A MONTH, and now this? I would also like to remark about the service of the front desk taylor who I was told was especially rude. I understand things happen and that this is a rather lengthy response but I would hope to see some sort of feedback to possibly improve the performance of the employees here! That would certainly benefit everybody.

This was by far the WORST experience I have had at any eye doctors office. From the second I walked in there the front desk girl was completely rude and acted like she shouldnt be bothered with anything. The girl sitting next to her was really nice though and offered to help when she heard me talking to the first girl. Then when I receive the glasses I came for (my boyfriends glasses) they make me wait 15 minutes for the optician even though I explained to them that he spoke to her on the phone and she said I was good to just come on in and pick the glasses up. So I finally see another person walk by me who looks like she works there. I ask her "can you help me I just have a quick question" she stares at me with the most blank/rude stare and I say "oh Im sorry I thought you worked here!" Turns out she does she just doesnt know how to treat customers/does not want to help. When I finally see the optician she tells me "oh you dont need to wait here you can just go!" I mean are you serious? The communication/customer service in this place IS AWFUL. I felt so unwelcome. I wear glasses and contacts, I have been to many eye doctors and have never had such horrible customer service. It was disgusting, obviously they dont need customers by the way they treat them so I wont be going there ever. And my boyfriend wont be going back after the way they treated me.

I havent done business here before because from the moment I walked in to inquire about services (I would have needed an eye exam, glasses, AND contacts, so they actually lost out on quite a bit of money) the front desk clerk was completely rude in her attitude and the way that she spoke to me. She made me feel as though I was bothering her by trying to do business there and that I and my money were not welcome. It was like shed made up her mind the moment I walked in that she shouldnt even bother with me. Well, I suppose its a good thing they dont want my business, because theyre definitely never getting it.

I think the Receptionist needs an attitude adjustment. Over the last couple years I have been in there several times for myself and my husband. She is never friendly and I have seen her talk rudely to people asking questions.

Lady grabbed my glasses and started twisting the frames back and forth roughly. I politely said to please not do that and she asked me to leave and told me things where done differently here and that she would not help me!!

i have enjoyed a consistently superior experience here year after year for my eye exams and check ups. highly recommended and dr. kipp is awesome!

Appt at 930..still waiting and its almost 10. So far the experience is NOT good... Not very welcoming.
