I went to Dr. Rashid and he was terrible in his customer service skills. Not to mention his delivery in my diagnosis regarding my skin was less than tactful. I came in for a basic acne consultation and he took one look at me screamed "THIS IS TERRIBLE, OMG! OMG! OMG! THIS IS TERRIBLE." I then continued to ask him would the medicine he was prescibed me break me out any more and he replied with hast "IT WONT EVEN MATTER AT THIS POINT AS BAD AS YOUR SKIN LOOKS. I DONT MEAN TO BE RUDE, BUT I WANT YOU TO KNOW HOW SEVER YOUR ACNE IS!" I looked at him said nothing because I was so embarrassed about my skin already so his tactless comments only dug the whole deeper. He needs to be trained on how to speak to a client who is paying their money, using their insurance, and taking time out of their schedule for professional help.

Went for a check up last November and saw Dr. Rashid. No waiting time! I was checked in at the time of my appointment. He immediately noticed that one of the moles (on my stomach) did not look quite right and he performed a biopsy. A few days later, he called to say that the mole contained cancerous cells and that is has to be removed asap. The following Saturday (very convenient for me since I am working) he performed the surgery. I did not feel anything! Outstanding job! It was removed before i could start worrying about it!!! Thank you so much!!

TERRIBLE DR. MY HUSBAND HAD FEW WARTS IN HIS FACE. HE REMOVED 2 OF THEM WITH CRAZY CHARGES WITH THHE INSURANCE. HE MADE MY HUSBAND FEEL SO BAD AND ALMOST MADE FUN OF HIS FACE. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DERMATOLOGIST. HE IS THE WORST DR EVER. ALL THESE PATIENTS ARE NOT LYING AND WHENEVER THEY RESPOND TO THE REVIEWS THEY PLAY THE CARD THAT YOU ARE NOT A PATIENT. YES WE ARE PATIENTS THERE AND WE DO NOT MIND SHARING THE BILLS FROM HIM. STAY AWAY.

Went there 2 months ago and he looked at my face for less than a minute. Did not feel like he cared. Did not even bother to ask whether I was on birth control or what Ive tried in the past. Prescribed medications that did not work. On top of your consultation fee expect a doctors fee in the mail.

Dr. Rashid helped me clear up a bad rash within just 3 or 4 weeks! In and out in 15 minutes and very professional. I would definitely recommend him if you have any bad rashes or acne like I did. Now I am confident I will have significantly clearer skin for my upcoming wedding! Thanks Dr. Rashid!

Efficient office. Great skin doc. It helps to do the actual pre registration online or u will forget half what u came in for. Theu are good addressing detaila if you provide the info. I admit forgeting to ask some stuff but i called and quickly got my answer.

Not pleasant Im still getting weird bills their charging me and I dont know for what even after I paid a consultation fee and the Dr Rashid acts like a creep.
