The doctors and nurses seemed nice and professional enough. However I do think they suggested quite a few things just to be able to bill me some more, that is a personal opinion though and not part of the review. I think their office is just understaffed. First it took me almost two month to get in to see a doctor. Then when I did finally have my appointment I was with a nurse or left alone for most of 45 minutes, then a nurse practitioner came in for another 10 minutes, then i finally got to see the doctor I made the appointment with for about 5 minutes. There has been some issues with my prescription and I have been calling about every day for a week and a half and leaving messages with the secretaries for a nurse or doctor to return my call with no luck. And I usually have to wait on hold forever before I can even leave that message. Basically feels like thank you for paying to see us, now go away. Havent had this experience at other dermatologists.

Dr. Warren was terrible. She was more concerned about fitting as many patients as she could in 1 work day than actually treating or talking to them. I have been to her twice and both visits lasted less than 8 minutes combined. She has much less education than one would think in her position, do your own research because she does not have time to. Nor does she have time for you

Made appointment for my husband with Dr Wilson but the nurse practitioner is who examined my husband. She didnt ask, she just came into the room and started examining. If I make an appointment to be seen by the doctor, then that is who should be doing the examination! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Dr Warren was worthless when it came to fixing my skin issue. After 3 very expensive office visits she had no idea how to help and sent me on my way. One visit to Skin Iowa and 4 days later my problem is resolved!! Will never go back to The Iowa Dermatology Clinic!
