Well hmmm. I didnt see the supernova option (exploding star) because this place deserves it! I didnt actually get to my appointment with the doctor...theyre that good at being so bad! I called a med spa to schedule a cosmetic consultation and asked the receptionist if their office recommended a dermatologist. Ive traveled before for reputable docs but I would really love to find one locally. They recommended this place--maybe as a joke? Anyway I hung up and called and scheduled an appointment with this place. After I hung up I decided to reaffirm just how amazing this place really was. Oh. The. Horror. I understand that some people leave reviews that over inflated in their distain, but wow. It made me nervous that perhaps I dont want this mad scientist to handle the future of my face. So I called back and was allowed the opportunity to speak with Megan. Ahhh Megan. Megan was having a bad day. Megan was worried that an ICE agent would come collect her and send her back to the Underworld. Megan hung up on me when I told her the reason I was canceling was because of all of the poor reviews I had been reading. Instead of practicing the customer care skill she has learned and reassuring me that the doctor was qualified and had many happy clients, Megan decided to hang up and continue perusing internet articles about Justin Bieber. So I called her back and asked if she did indeed mean to hang up on me. She did. At this point I became fairly annoyed. Her flagrant disregard for the reputation of the company she was representing was atrocious. Anyone that would have their phones answered by someone with so little effort in achieving satisfactory relationships with potential clients cannot have enough insight to properly run a business that deals exclusively in client services. So I called the med spa back and told them of my experience. They apologized profusely for the way I was treated and told me they would look into it. I have no idea if they did. They did tell me they didnt really know much about the dermatologist and just that their doctor and the derm were golfing buddies. Really?? Just be warned. Dermatologists (the good ones) are usually booked months out unless they are strictly aesthetic and even then they are usually pretty hard to see. I was granted an appointment the following week. Reading these reviews Im so happy I decided not to waste my time with inadequacy. I get it, phones can be difficult if all you hear all day long is complaints. It doesnt excuse an unprofessional demeanor.

I should have done my research before choosing Dr. Carol Foulds as my dermatologist. Allow me to just list my reactions to this heartless, rude and uncaring doctor... 1) I am a patient suffering from mild to moderate acne. When I go to a doctors office, Im paying $30+ dollars and I come equipped with my set of questions. This woman does not answer my questions with careful consideration. It seems as if she would rather not answer any questions at all. When I asked her about the side effects and best suggestions about medications, she responds to me by saying that every medication in the world has side effects and all medications will be just as effective on my acne. I know this is completely untrue but its the only answer she could come up with! 2) The first thing she said when she saw me was, "you have acne!" in a rude tone. Of course I have acne and thats why I am sitting here. Thanks for telling me the obvious in such a rude way! 2) She prescribed me Prednisone for my mild to moderate acne and it didnt even help much at all! All it did was give me more facial hair which is a side effect she failed to mention about, because "all medications have side effects!"..well, what are they!?? not all medications have the same side effects! 3) She tried to sell me useless, expensive products during my visit. What is this? A doctors office or a beauty store? I dont need an "herbal cleansing" or whatever the crap is called.. So as a warning to everyone who reads this review~ obviously this is not the only negative one! Dont waste your time or money going to this doctor - she will NOT listen to your questions or opinions and I doubt that she truly cares about your condition nor will she prescribe what is best for you.

She is the worst dermatologist I ever met. I visited her in Jan to treat my wart on my right hand, she spray some product on the wart area; it then made the area bleeding and form a dark blood surface as the size of a dime; look horrible and hurt. I came to her clinic and she saw and said "I know,I can fix it" but request me to pay as 1 visit charge, I refused as she made the mistake; she should fix it without charges. Her staff told me just wait until it turned hard and dry. I hv to wait more than 2 weeks for the blood area dry out and peel off, and the wart is still there, just like hasnt received any treatment at all. For my understanding, the proper way to treat wart in clinic and she should put the freezing product stick to the wart only, not spray on the area that hurt me. I then went to her clinic again to show how bad the job she has done to me. They aware my complaint, without mailing me the invoice, she directly charged $171 to my credit card and notify me through email. She took my money like a theft; it is a steal. My recommendation: Never go there, no wonder her clinic just in her name; no partner at all. I suspect her professional

Dr. Foulds is one of the most unprofessional and rude doctors I have ever been to. Her nursing staff is not any better either. One of her nurses wrote me the wrong script and it completely screwed up my dosage and I had to make several trips back and forth from the pharmacy to their office to get it straightened out. When Dr. Foulds called me to apologize about it, she called on a Saturday night at midnight and left a barely audible message. At another time, I called in to ask the nursing staff a quick question about a medication I was on and they rudely told me they would start charging patients for asking questions about it. How can a doctor legitimately charge their patients for calling and asking questions???? Seems totally wrong. When I called to complain about this, the doctor never called me back and when I called their office to follow-up the receptionist had to awkwardly read me an email from the doctor that basically said if I dont like her policies I can find another doctor. I definitely will. Good riddance.

FRAUD CLINIC!!! DO NOT GO!!! I went to this clinic and I would agree with every negative comment that I have read regarding Dr. Fould. They are frauds in my opinion. I wont go into detail, but I am 100% positive that they lied about a mishap that happened with insurance and payment and now I am busy trying to get this worked out. Regarding the actual service, I wont even go back! Dr. Foulds is incredibly rude (I have never met any medical doctor like this in my life!). I felt like she was condescending to me the entire visit. I laughed at the postive comments about this clinic because I am super suspicious that they were written by someone that works in this clinic. Im looking for different dermatology place to go to now. Sorry I dont have any suggestions for anyone reading this....Good luck in the search. I think most places should be better than this however. Thanks, T.
