Strong Wall

Horrible billing practice. They either force you to leave a credit card on file so they can automatically bill you after insurance decides what theyll cover. Or, you may choose to not have a credit card on file but must pay in full at the time services are rendered. This was a change to their previous billing. It seems they snuck in a form with the stack they give you to fill out while waiting to see the Dr. I had the joy of filling out double forms because each of my children were scheduled to be seen. After a 4a.m. automated email, notifying me of this automatic payment, I called the billing dept. They cancelled the auto pay, but would not revoke the authorization to continue automatically charging my cc for any future visits. They told me if I wanted to pay in full at the time of service, they would remove my cc on file. Now, why would I do that when my health insurance covers the services???!!! DSCC, you just lost 3 patients. And yes, Ill be happy to tell my friends and family about this experience. I wouldnt want them to have to deal with the same hassle.

honestly, worst billing department of any healthcare provider i have worked with. i hate giving negative reviews, however i have been trying to get answers from them on a visit from 2015! They outsource their billing and each time i am told they need to call someone named heather and will call me back within 48 hours. I have never been called back and have called them almost a dozen times to figure out what is going on. Insurance company told me I am not responsible because they did not file in a timely manner, however they are telling me I am. If I owe it, i will be more than happy to pay, however when my insurance company is telling me one thing and they are telling me another, it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. And they will not send over the provider EOB to prove I owe it. I have seen dr. angel and dr. colin and both have great bed side manner, however will not be returning due to the lack of professionalism i have experienced with billing.

First time visiting this office today and had a great experience. All of the staff was extremely nice and Dr. Graves was phenomenal and very thorough during the head to toe exam. He made my visit very easy and found two asymmetrical moles and removed them during my visit instead of having to reschedule for another date. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will be going back.

Dont even think of using their services. They wont pick up your phone unless your wait like 30 minutes. And they just transfer your call to someone else and they are not even there. Worst skin doctors in the whole world.
