I had a wonderful experience at McGuiness Dermatology. Solisa performed the MiraDry treatment on me yesterday. The treatment was fast and painless and all my questions and concerns were appropriately addressed. The treatment was so simple. She first placed a grid on my underarms which is used to chart the treatment. Once the grid was appropriately placed she went on to numb my underarms and then I was ready to go for he MiraDry!!! From start to finish it was about 1 1/2 hours to complete. I am so excited to be sweat and odor free just in time for this Texas heat! I am also looking forward to saying goodbye to all my chemical-filled deodorant. I have also been a patient of Dr. Wright and Karen Adams, P.A. and have been so pleased with their patient care. I have suffered from psoriasis for years and it is a comfort to find providers who really care for their patients and go the extra mile. I have seen many dermatologist in my lifetime and these two are WONDERFUL! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Great group for gerneral, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology!

Ive been receiving laser hair therapy from Stormie Tuma and I absolutely love it! I was planning on getting laser hair removal through a Groupon given the expense but Stormies knowledge, reassurance and professionalism convinced me that going through McGuinness was the best way. She was definitely correct! I saw amazing results after my first session and felt completely prepared and excited for my second. I have the best results out of all of my friends who have gone through laser hair removal and I know I owe that to Stormie and McGuinness Dermatology. Seriously - for anyone out there spending too much time shaving or simply living with unwanted hair, this is a must! Im considering branching out and trying other treatments they offer solely because of Stormie!

Outstanding! Are you like me? Child of the 70s - teenager of the 80s? Did you lay out in the sun on a trampoline? On purpose?? Are you wishing you hadnt now that 50 is knocking on the door? Do you just need help figuring out what to do? This is the place for you. At McGuiness Dermatology, they are all so sweet (shout out to Iris)! Ive seriously learned so much about proper skin care and preventative measures. Karen Adams is an amazing PA who doesnt only treat but who really takes the time to explain what your skin is doing and why. More importantly, she will show you how to turn that clock back a little. I cant recommend McGuiness Dermatology enough. ❤

Wow! What an awesome office! I was greeted promptly by a friendly staff member. Once I arrived there was no wait time. Karen Adams was so very kind and took extra time to make sure I was comfortable during our visit. She clearly loves what she does and it shows! She is very compassionate and meticulous with her work. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dermatologist. My visit could not have gone any better!

Dr. Wright is absolutely amazing. She is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. While my issues were more reoccurring than most, she continued to keep working with me no matter what. Iris and Stephanie were fantastic as well! They hold your hand through everything and always remember who you are. Going to them has made this issue bearable as I know they will be there to help! I will continue to recommend them to anyone I speak to.

I also love being able to take advantage of professionally administered cosmetic dermatology treatments available in the same medical office. Love, love Karen Adams, PA. She does my Botox perfect every time not to mention my filler treatments as well. She knows how to enhance my best features and make my not so good features better. I love that the end result is very natural and never over done. She easily takes years off of my face. I highly recommend her to everyone.
