I made an appointment during my lunch break. I arrived and had all the forms filled out along with insurance card. As i was waiting i started to think maybe they forgot about me because everyone had been called back but me. I ended up waiting an hour to have the girl at the front call my name to inform me that my insurance was "term". She said that she checked yesterday and it wasnt valid when she checked yesterday. I had to have my insurance fax them my coverage etc. The woman at the front i spoke to was rude and told me "you either need to just pay out of pocket of reschedule" after she never even called me the day before when she saw there was an issue. I also asked for her to call me once they received the docs from my insurance and i never received a call. My insurance was and is valid and my insurance company said they have no idea who she called because she didnt speak to them. Long story short they made me waste an hour, were rude and didnt even try to make things better.

did not like the care I received. I had 3 moles removed. Their very aggressive treatment left me with scars much, much larger than the moles. they were not cancerous. I saw another dermatologist later who said the scars were unusually large for a non-threatening mole. I dont care about a few scars, but these are very large and look very irregular. would not recommend. Im all for preventative treatment, but this seemed unnecessary.

I went there twice for my sons treatment. Both times the assistant told me how much it would cost me. Then both times they will have to charge me more later. When I complained to the billing department, my response is "patients are responsible for knowing their benefits". Ha? You are paid to do the job and you told me that I need to know better? Dont believe anything they told you about the charge!!!

Pam, the physicians assistant, is WONDERFUL! I have been seeing dermatologists monthly for 10 years and in one 15 minute visit, she found skin cancer. Most people wouldnt find this as a positive but imagine if I would have continued going to doctors who didnt thoroughly look at what I am having questions about... it could have been a lot worse.

Came to the office for my skin and nothing they gave me worked. When I asked if there were other options they would tell me to use the same products but my skin never improved.

Yea i saw Susan Lockhart and was very very satisfied... She gave me the hope that I had not gotten from any dermatologist in 10 years...

Office staff unhelpful. Interested only in running tests, afterwards could not get the doctor on the phone to discuss test results.

She is great and off the hook. I have been seeing her for a long time and she is a really good Doc i would recommend her highly.

Not at all happy with the service. I had to wait 50 mins past my appointment time to see the doctor. Not going back.
