I just called this place to ask a simple QUESTION! The lady answering the phone was so RUDE! I only wanted to know if they sold frontline, it was like I asked her a hard ? or something! She huffed and puffed a bit, and said, no but we have advantage, I responded, the advantage seems to not be working anymore, and she huffed again and HUNG UP ON ME! Was I bothering her, isnt the job to ANSWER THE PHONE??? I sure wish my job was as easy as sitting around on my BUTT answering the PHONE, no I run my butt of all day waiting on rude customers as a server, and I must say, if I EVER was like this to one of them, Id BE FIRED! And, even if it was an emergency! I would NEVER take my pet here, just to see this person in the flesh would sicken me! Anyone who would hire such a rude person is too incompetent to handle being in charge of my pets health! You need to fire this person, b/c I am the 2nd person commenting on your rude employee on this website, the other is written on another companies page though, but they specifically said it was the same hospital,this was ridiculous, to say the least!

Today i called lakeview veterinary clinic trying to find out how much my animals shots and care was going to be. The lady whom answered the phone was very rude could not care less about what i had to say or the care i needed for my animals. I have taken my animals there before but stop a year or two ago because it was nearly impossible to get an appointment. I know that there doctor is very talented as a vet so i thought id try to get an appointment. When i called i asked the first question about my animals care and i got a " yea he can do that" then when i asked if they give puppies and dogs there last shots she answered "no" and hung up on me.This is ridicules because i just got a card in the mail for one of my dogs that had attended there saying that he needed his last distemper shots. I will never go back there again, that is if they dont fire the snob.

I cannot begin to describe how AWESOME Dr.Beebe and his staff are. It is obvious how much they love animals and their care is second to none. I take my dog, Maggie, and my two Conures (birds) there and wouldnt trust anyone else, but Lakeview Vet Clinic. Dr. Beebe is an awesome and super knowledgeable vet, the prices are super reasonable and the staff are awesome! They go above and beyond even if I only call with questions, they are always helpful. If you are looking for a vet, go to Lakeview Vet Clinic because you want the best and Dr. Beebe and staff are it!!! I would give them a 20 star rating if I could!!

I’ve known Dr. Beebe for years, through 4-H and taking my animals to him. He is kind and gentle with my dog (who is very shy and timid around strangers) and answers any and all questions we as owners might have. I’ve personally never had any issues with the office staff, and have always been able to get an appointment when it was convenient for me. The best part about Lakeview Animal Hospital is their prices are extremely reasonable! Will continue to take all my animals to see Dr. Beebe for years to come.

Have used them for about 15 years for 5 family members (pets) love the service the compassion they showed when we had to put our 15 year old cat down was very helpful in a very tough time. They now treat our Collie and Yorky and do so very well at a very fair price. The only down side I can think of at all is sometimes appointments that come up take a little while to get in. Im sure thats due to the good service keeping customers and bringing more in so Ill live with it!!

Ive been taking my pets to Dr. Beebe for years. Hes always been amazing with them regardless of species and I have a love for exotic reptiles. Even with my iguanas who arent always in the mood to be poked and prodded he had tons of patience and put up with quite a few scratches without batting an eye. I have all the confidence in the world that he gives my pets the best care he knows how and always tell my friends if they need a Vet, hes the best.

Our old dog was on his last couple of uncomfortable months on the planet. During that period the doctor gave him a series of laser treatments that had good effect on relaxing the dog. The doc was extraordinarily gentle and established a excellent rapport with him. We live close by & have been using this clinic for years. Sorry bout the counter staff a while back -- but they dont treat your critter, the doc does. Hes a gem.

My family and I have been going to Lakeview Vet for YEARS. All of our animals throughout the years have been spayed and neutered by them. They have all recived their shots from them and what not as well. The Doctor is a wonderful man and does very well with the animals! I have had experiences in the past with rude secretaries, but that has always been taken care of, promptly. I would reccomend Lakeview Vet to anyone!
