Was a customer here in the past and was neutral to them until today! I called to set up a dental appointment for my son and was told that I was no longer a customer due to a "Broken Fee Agree". This was my first time ever hearing this even though we had be customers for next to 4 years. When speaking with the 1st receptionist she was unable to answer my question and passed me off to someone more "knowledgeable".... I informed the lady that this missed appoint must of stemmed from when I contact them to set up an urgent appointment because my son was having issues with his braces... I received a call back from the Nurse on duty at the time who advised that my son should go to the Orthodontist office and they would mostly like be nothing that the dental office could do. I brought him to the orthodontist as advised. Essentially I was told TODAY that it doesnt matter that there was miscommunication given to me and that they never cancelled my appoint... supposedly they would NEVER LEAVE AN APPOINTMENT ON THE BOOKS IN AN URGENT CASE...***huge eye roll on that****. so because I didnt follow up to ensure that the appointment had been cancelled they dropped us as clients. Im not sure if this is truly how company should handle a long time client ... as in dropping one with no warning. The lady on the phone was a bit rude and told me there could be nothing done to rectify the situation. That is fine.. but at this point since I have quite a few friends that inquire about how I liked this dental office, my WARNING TO EVERYONE IS RUN!!!!! NO BUSINESS HAS THE RIGHT TO TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH AND OBVIUOUSLY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND OR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SERVICE THEM. it is truly sad that they consider themselves among the elite but provide service like this!!!!!

Be careful while you visit this place. They dont bother to get the history of your checkups so make sure you inform them millions of time before they even touch you. I had to pay over 150 dollars just because they didnt get the history of my previous exam.Call your insurance company yourself, dont trust them to call your insurance company. They lied to me about calling my insurance company to gather information about my coverage (my insurance company told me they didnt receive any call from this place). I wouldnt trust their words, if they assure you something make sure you ask them to document it. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this place.

Without going into great detail, what started out as a totally messed up series of visits (I was chasing my records between two offices) Dr Laidig in the Silver Lake office really came through. Because of a medication I needed to start I needed a dental exam. By the time I finally met with the dentist he had researched the medication and knew why I was there. He did a complete exam and made the proper recommendations. Bottom line is I will be going back and would recommend him highly.

FYI the first appointment with this clinic is a "meet and greet". Not an actual teeth cleaning. Probably good information for anyone that values their time. But Im old fashioned that way. If you want a basic teeth cleaning expect two visits spaced at a comfortable "month apart" interval.

Worst customer service ever. Called to make an appointment was told that a scheduler would call me back. Nothing! The next day I sent a email saying asking where my call back was. Nothing! Worst customer service ever!

Terrible customer service. If someone answers the phone, they transfer you and then you have to leave a message. No one will ever call you back. Dont waste your time trying to make an appointment here.
