I love this clinic and would recommend this clinic to everyone!! I have 3 children (1yr, 5yrs and 8 yrs) they have all gone to this clinic since birth. For anyone that is pregnant, I would highly highly recommend Dr.David Bachman! He goes over and beyond the call of duty and truly cares for you and your baby! He is the BEST doctor by far!! He is also a wonderful family practice doctor for the entire family!! Dr. Danielle Siemling is also a wonderful Peds Dr, again, she also goes over and beyond!! As for the previous complaints about wait times, I have no problem if I need to wait a little longer to see either of the doctors we see. Part of being a great Dr isnt rushing clients in and out as fast as you can, if you want that kind of service, I would suggest you go to a Minute Clinic or a different clinic. These Drs are very caring and will squeeze you in to their schedule which makes their work load harder but they will also take the extra time to explain and cover your medical issues completely. Like I said, I have absolutely no problem waiting because I know that when they come in the room for either my exam or my childrens exam, we will get their complete and undivided attention also. I also work in the medical field (animal side) and I realize that you can never predict where an appointment might lead or the extra time it may require. KEEP UP THE CARING AND COMPASSIONATE SERVICE YOU ALWAYS GIVE AND YOUR WILLINGNESS TO GO OVER AND BEYOND WHAT IS REQUIRED OF YOU!!!

I wish I could give them no star!!! Bad customer service. I have been here twice. First time, I had to wait over one hour for my appointment. Second time, they rescheduled my appointment because it took the front desk lady for 20 minutes to check on my insurance. They decided to reschedule my appointment because it passed my appointment time. Seriously! it is their fault. I really do not understand this clinic. Be aware of this clinic that you have to wait forever for your appointment and come ONE HOUR before your appointment!!!

As another reviewer had said, you wait literally forever for your appointment. You watch people who have checked in after you get called back right away. Its seriously ridiculous the terrible service they have at this clinic. I have been going here since I was very young, but Ill definitely be looking into a new clinic.

Absolutely horrible service! Tried to get medical records sent to another clinic and the receptionist who helped me was too busy talking to the other receptionist. Further more when dealing with the lady in medical records she kept telling me that this isnt her issue!! Would not recommend anyone to go here!

Always excellent! I love this service! This helps me to get where I need to go, turn by turn, just like a Tom-Tom type device, but it is never annoying by saying, "recalculating, recalculating..." Awesome, Google!!!

I have always had great service at Fairview Andover. The Dr.s are great is as all the staff. They really care about the patients. My whole family goes there and feel the same. I will never go anywhere else.
