I came in on Oct 18, 2016. Everything went well, the only thing that irritated me and also made me feel very upset was when I had finish with my check up. The doctor told me to make an appointment for a Neurologist check up and for Physical therapy. I was told that no appointments were available until the end of November. OR I could call around if there is anyone else available to get me in sooner. WHO am I suppose to call? Arent you the professionals? I come in because I expect you to know all these things. Now, Im getting a call from the you guys, telling me that I dont need a Neurologist check up, that I need to go, stay or whatever it is with a head trauma rehab center and etc. and I should call back and set up an appointment. As frustrating as it is already. I just need someone to make it simple and easy. its unprofessional to tell a patient to call around and see if someone can get me in sooner. Also to direct someone somewhere then call back and say no, you need to go here instead. etc. etc. Sloppy and unorganized. I dont want to waste my time and yours. -Other than that Cheryl made my experience A+ going above and beyond.

I agree with the comment that Diane left. Dr. Holton is the best! He has been able to figure out issues that physicians Ive had in the past were baffled by. Why he isnt at the mayo clinic is beyond me, but Im glad hes here! Also, all the staff is very friendly! Lab personnel are top notch too! (Havent missed a vein yet) and I have been poked plenty! These guys are just plain AWESOME!
