On Saturday of Memorial weekend one of my caps came loose. I called the clinic for their after service/ emergency and waited several hours and made several calls to both Dr. Kotonias and Dr. Spanish. I got a call from Dr. Kotonias and he informed me that I would have to wait until Tuesday to get my cap reapplied. I did call on Tuesday and the receptionist told me their first appointment was Thursday, but after calling a second time Dr. Kotonias was able to squeeze me in Tuesday afternoon (scheduling had no idea that Dr. Kotonias had committed to taking care of this on Tuesday.)Once I got to their office I found out the reason they were not able to take care of my tooth was that both the dentists were in Las Vegas and had no other dental office to refer their patients to take care of emergency or after hour calls. So much for after hours/ emergency services. They do a good job in normal hours, but their after hour/ emergency program is poor. My experience of having a cap coming loose and having to spend 4 days with discomfort because the clinic had no after hour emergency services gives them a one star.

I was at this place one time and the lady that did my care was very awesome. She took her time and did what Id say a wonderful job. I wish I could have her as my permanent dentist. I stopped going to this locating because one of the staff upfront lied to me about my dental plan which shouldnt have been. Instead of her to rather tell me that my plan is not 100% covered if I keep using them, she lied. From the way she explained, after she looked it up in the system, I knew right away she hide something. I called my insurance the following day and they told me that it will actually cost me more to visit them. If youre reading this, always be truthful to your client, no matter what. If it cost more, I could have chose to stay because I like the service but your lie ruined it.

I have been going to Dr. Kotonias for over 5 years, longest time at any one dentist in my life. I had some cosmetic dentistry done initially, and it came out perfect. I will never go to another dentist office, as Ive never been treated better than at Brooklyn Boulevard dental. The staff at this clinic are very friendly. Dr. Kotonias is genuinely kind and a very good dentist that spends the time to educate me on what he sees and what he recommends.

Highly recommended dentist! Originally, I was referred to Dr. Kotonias from a trusted friend. After a wonderful cleaning and initial visit, my entire family (children & parents included!) are now patients of Dr. Kotonias & staff. Entire personnel are friendly and very thorough. No longer do my kids complain to go to the dentist!! Thank You

The front desk worker are really friendly but the one at the back are just okay. If you have a military insurance then this is not the place for you because they charge a lot and they keep on sending you bills.

No complaints. Good dentists, good hygenists, good front desk support. Have never had any trouble with the $, they work with the insurance for you. Also, very flexible on appointments.
