I would recommend this clinic for thyroid patients. I have been a patient at this clinic for many years. The administrative staff has always been courteous. I have only seen 1 of the physicians, Dr. Leebaw. He has been an excellent doctor for me and his assistant, Joy, has been wonderful as well. Both are retiring, so I will be choosing a new doc at this clinic and I am sure I wont be disappointed. The lab staff is fabulous. They are so good! I agree with KarmaOle that these docs really do listen to their patients and would be open to seeking all treatment options. To ThereIsNoSpoon I am surprised that was your experience and would catagorize it as an anomaly for this clinic. I have 2 coworkers who see one of the other docs at this clinic who are very pleased with their experience. I referred a friend to this clinic and she remarked that her experience was a very good one as well.

Ive had the worst experience with them. They dont return my calls and only want to do things by mail, like tell you that you might have a brain tumor. When they say they sent your prescription when they didnt and then lie to you about it. It took me a whole weekend to get their on call doctor to call me back to send the prescription in that they lied about. Then they kick me out of the clinic without telling me that they did or why. I feel they dont realize if I ran out of my prescription I would have to wait days to see my doctor to get a referral then more days to see a specialist. For some people that could be a death sentence. They kept telling me that it dosent look good on their end when I "raise my voice" but I feel it dosent look good on my end when they seem to not care about their patients well being.

It has been over 2 weeks that I am trying to get my spouses prescriptions sorted out. They take their sweet time to connect and after so many instructions, they still get prescription wrong or do not send everything to the pharmacy. Very disappointed with the service! Also, my husband got labwork done and we checked to make sure that it is in network. We were assured that we wont have billing issues but guess what we are going to be getting a huge bill because staff did not do their job correctly!

Dr Laedtke is an excellent doctor in knowledge, professionalism and compassion. I would recommend him very highly. He is also extremely efficient at communicating results and doing followup work. He even made a special effort to go to bat with my insurance company to get a scan covered that they initially denied. Dr Laedtke is truly outstanding.

I got stood up for my appointment. Dr. Mattison was seeing a new patient in my place. Super rude. I keep a very accurate calendar and never received a call to change times. Also very expensive! Is it really worth $300 for a ten minute appointment? Ill save the dollars and have my family doctor cut the prescription--its both cheaper and easier.

I think that this clinic is GREAT. Staff is wonderful and cheerful. I have never had to wait long. I show up early and usually get in before my scheduled time and am in and out. Dr. Mattison is wonderful ! And the ladies in the lab are the best - no one likes needles - but you hardly feel it when having blood drawn. Over all GREAT.

Overall a poor experience. Saw a doctor here, and it did little to offer any help or treatment. I think a 10 minute visit which offered no answers cost me $400 out of pocket after insurance. I disputed the costs but the clinic did nothing to remedy. Ive never disputed a doctors charges until this experience.

Very unhappy with their service. I have gestational diabetes and i have gotten zero feedback from them. I would definitely go somewhere else if my insurance would cover it. Terribly unhappy and frustrated.

Just an awful experience. They will not help you with prescriptions, they will not call you back for an immediate response, and worse of all they didnt care about your health.
