Poor scheduling service! Scheduled an appointment 3-4 days in advance for 7am at this loc. They called the night before at 9pm saying it was cancelled since the doctor was off. Rescheduled again for another appointment with a diff doctor in 2 days around same time. Checked in for appointment and receptionst said appointment was cancelled since that doctor was off as well. Receptionist offered to reschedule another appointment again but said we had to wait in line again for her to check in the patient behind us. No thanks. Wasted enough of our time. No notifications 2nd time around of cancellation either. Why do you people schedule someone for an appointment when your doctors arent even working half the time and you dont even have the ability to see that!? Fairviews scheduling system seems to be out of date. not to mention last time I used their pharmacy, the system was down and they couldnt do anyrhing about it. Get it together, please.

If you are going to call a nurse from Fairview with any type of important questions, go elsewhere unless you like staying on the phone for about 1 hour before your call is taken. Absolutely ridiculous and its been like this for years over here. They need to hire more than one freakin person that answers phone calls for medical questions or whatever else. one nurse is not enough for god sakes and no one should have to wait on the phone for an hour to get answered. The doctors here are good, but the score is dragged down by the lack of phone support or anything from this clinic. I like the doctors and the clinic, but like I said, their phone support is annoying and just plane BS to wait for an hour. This is everytime ive called. Im starting to think that maybe they just put people on hold just for the sake of it. Even if you call right when they open, you will be on hold for an hour, its ridiculous.

I am new to the area and this is worst doctors office Ive ever been to. Upon the initial call for my appointment I stated the things I wanted to have done and during the appointment only one of my requests was completed and the other was ignored even though I mentioned it. I also stated that blue cross blue shield was my insurer and they didnt tell me the doctor wasnt in their network. My bill was $270.00 for a 15 min chat. Basically I told the doctor what prescription I needed and he charged me $270.00. I tried to contest the bill because they didnt do everything the appointment was set up for. They refused so I payed them and thats the last dollar theyll ever see from me. Someone should tell them that good customer service will make them more money on the long run. From now on my money will go somewhere else. Thanks!

I went here for all of my OBGYN appointments and I saw Dr. Bassett. He was a pretty good doctor and did the surgery well without any problems but during every appointment I would ask him questions and he would kind of blow me off. He took me for a woman who worries to much when it was more along the lines of curious, so he took that and went with it. He is a good man dont get me wrong but I think He needs to learn to listen more and answer more questions then blow women off and be to the point all the time. He used the excuse that he didnt have a measuring tape, so he wouldnt have to measure my belly when I specifically wanted him to. If you are fine dealing with a doctor who is like that, then be my guest- But he wasnt my cup of tea- Next time I am going with a woman doctor.

Rheumatologist I saw here was an ignorant and insensitive jerk. He came in the room laughing at my symptoms list! He was more interested in talking than listening. Even though I expressed concern about my discolored toenails and it was on my symptoms list, Dr Kyle Sinclair did NOT examine them. He didnt seem interested in any of my concerns and even brushed off my increased pain and weight loss. His "solutions" to my chronic pain issues were exercise and mind over matter. I had hoped we were past the age of ignorant, inattentive doctors who supposedly specialize in chronic pain conditions!

This was the worst medical experience I have ever had. Fairview only cares about the money not about the patient. When you try to talk to any of the people who work here they will turn it against you. You have a concern, they tell you to see someone else. You complain and they tell you its because you didnt speak up. No matter what its NEVER their fault. The people who run this place need to learn what customer/patient service is really all about.

I walked in to see an nurse practitioner to get something checked out and was able to schedule an appointment for just 45 minutes later. I was called in right at the time of my appointment. I did wait a while to actually see the NP, but the office was very busy, and it was all worth the wait. Everyone was very friendly and I had a great experience!

I wish it has a zero rating ..The scheduling stuff sucks, they dont have manners. They dont want to listen to you and they dont admit their faults. They rescheduled my appointment twice and dint even said sorry once. you cant even complain koz they will hang up if you ask for supervisor. Worst experience I ever had with any clinic
