si iva a esa clinca antes lo unico que megustaba era las recesionistas porque son bien hamables pero la Viejas esas que trabajan como doctors son una mierda muy mal servicio tienen por eso deje de ir a ese lugar jamas volver a ir a donde no saben tartar a los pacientes si nadiez fuera a ese lugar no fueran nadiez si los pacientes

Went to get a referral to see a psychiatrist was to be early or they would turn me away and ended up waiting awhile after I was originally scheduled. I saw Dr.Hess which I do not recommend. Told me to overdose on medication, which was really unprofessional, cut me off multiple times when I was trying to explain everything that was happening with me. And I didnt appreciate her saying Im delusional. Overall experience was a waste of time. I dont know how "doctors" like this are acceptable, Minnesota doctors need to know about mental health so they know how to help or at least know not to call their patients delusional or to overdose. Nurse was nice though she made me laugh.

Staff is incredible. HCMC providers give excellent care every time. On the other hand, dealing with anything administrative in the HCMC system is totally exhausting
