I have nothing but great things to say about my visit with Dr. Reinders! The entire staff was so friendly and professional! Dr. Reinders was very personable and went above and beyond my expectations. He really took the time to get to know me and my optical needs and even showed me informative videos explaining the science of my concerns, which I really appreciated. I mentioned to him that I was new to the area and he returned with a listing of local businesses that he knows and trusts, for which I was very grateful! It was very apparent that the staff loves what they do and they helped me find the perfect pair of glasses! Dr. Reinders has really created a comfortable and positive environment where you feel more like a friend than a patient. I really appreciated all of the service I received and would recommend this practice highly!

What a wonderful practice. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff upon arrival. Doctor Reinders was also friendly and utilized some very cool technology to check my eyes and get my prescription perfect. I bought a pair of glasses through Complete Family Eyecare using the Angies list special that I had purchased. I couldnt be more pleased with the quality and vision that I get out of the new glasses. I have a large astigmatism and Dr. Reinders has gone out of his way to trial different types of contact lens for me until I find the perfect pair. The amount of effort he has put into improving my vision far exceeds anything I have experienced from past doctors. I am very impressed with Complete Family Eyecare and definitely recommend them.

My experience with Dr. Steve was amazing. I was new to the area and needed a new eye doctor, only I had never had an eye exam from someone other than the doctor I had growing up so I was very nervous about the quality care I would receive. My experience here exceeded my expectations in every way possible! Not only was my exam very thorough, Dr. Steve and the staff was very knowledgable and personable. They took the effort to get to know me, along with my boyfriend who came to the appointment. Dr. Steve also allowed us to watch interesting videos about the eye that pertained to my exam so I could better understand what he was looking for. I would recommend Complete Family Eyecare to anyone looking for a new optometrist.

So very impressed with Dr. Reinders and his staff. I was hit in the eye with a nerf gun bullet. My vision was blurred and I was unsure of what the damage would be. I called my nurses line and they told me to go to the ER and then an Ophthalmologist would be called in. Knowing that would take hours and be very expensive I asked about finding a direct Ophthalmologist. She told me I would never find an open Ophthalmologist that evening. I called Complete Family Eye Care, explained what happened and they stayed open for me. He was very thoroughly, they worked with me on a payment plan and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Phenomenal to say the least! Thank you Dr. and Mrs. Reinders:-)

Ive been seeing Dr. Reinders for years, beginning at Park NIcollet Clinic in Bursville. When he left the clinic I took comfort in knowing I could continue to use him for my eye services in his current location. Dr. Reinders is thorough but explains each procedure on a laymans level. At the new location he is able to provide additional tests that gives one comfort in their overall eye exam results. I also enjoyed the educational videos he is able to show you while you wait for your eyes to dialate. Dr. Reinders additional staff is courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend him to my friends.

I definitely recommend Complete Family Eyecare! The entire staff was wonderful to work with, and were very friendly and efficient. Dr. Reinders also took the time to discuss contact lens options with me and explained things about my eyes. I’ve worn contacts for nearly 15 years, and I’ve never had a doctor explain things so clearly and let me be a part of the process, rather than feeling like they were just trying to hurry up with my appointment. I’ll definitely be back and recommend others visit as well! Great experience.

Loved it! Everyone here is extremely knowledegable, patient, and friendly! I just moved to Minnesota from California and lucked out by picking them to be my eye doctors. I am used to people trying to push me into buying more things or selling me things I dont need; but not here. They are very honest and open with you and not pushy at all. On top of that the entire office is so nice and feels very high-end, you definitely feel special as you walk through the front door. I highly recommend going here, youll love it!

Dr. Reinders is wonderful! He is so personable and takes the time to get to know you and any concerns regarding your eyes. His office staff is great too! They are very knowledgeable and help you with any questions you may have. The office is really comfortable and they make you feel right at home- they even offer you your own Keurig cup of coffee for the road :) Would definitely recommend Complete Family Eyecare to anyone looking for a eye doctor who truly cares!! I just went to Complete Family Eye Care for the first time and had a great experience. When I called to set up the appointment the staff person answering the phone was friendly and helpful. The waiting area and office itself are very pleasant and clean. The staff and Dr. Reinders seem to really enjoy what they do, making for a very positive experience. Everyone was knowledgeable and I feel confident about the quality of the care I received. I left my appointment smiling and will definitely return.

Hands down, this is the BEST eye doctor Ive been to! Fabulous customer service and the office is updated and so beautiful! Chantel went out of her way to clear up an insurance issue for me, and even gave me some trial lenses to hold me over until my appointment. Dr. Reinders was very personable, knowledgeable, and made the appointment enjoyable. He did a really thorough job screening my eyes, and I am so thrilled I found this office! If you are looking for a new eye doctor- this is the place to go!

I always look forward to coming in because Dr. Reinders and his staff are so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Reinders always makes it a point to connect with you on a personal level and explain to you what he is doing and what the results actually mean. It is clear to see he is far more concerned about you and your health than he is with making an sort of "sale." It is such an open environment and you can tell Dr. Reinders and his staff genuinely wants to be there and help you with whatever you may need!

This office is awesome! I was very impressed with the service, Dr Reinders obvious knowledge, and his interaction with my 4 year old (the patient). She loved him and was telling Daddy all about it when we got home. He obviously has kids because he offered to let me take pictures of her exam, had a toy box for her to pick a prize out of at the end-which I appreciate much more than candy, and even let me look through the lenses at her eyes myself. We will definitely be bringing the whole family back!
